Clarion Pointe Atlanta Airport College Park - Hotel in College Park - 1540 Phoenix Blvd, USA

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy, infested with bed bugs and roaches. Despite being a non-smoking room, it reeked of weed. When I requested a room change due to the unbearable smell, I was rudely told, "all the rooms smell like weed," as if it was a burden for the staff to do their job. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. This was a terrible stay, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Have stayed here numerous of times. Never really had any complaints. My last stay there I ended up with covid. I was hospitalized for 8 days there In Atlanta. All my belongings were in the room. When I got out the hospital Nick had charged me for 3 nights because my belongings were in the room. Due to me having Covid I was out of work. Literally him nor his wife would give me my belongings until I paid for nights I didn't stay. They still to this very day have not allowed me to get my belongings. I've spent a lot of money at this hotel. The owners have no integrity. When I was in the area for work. I had a lot of clothes, shoes amd personal items. The fact I Contracted covid I was hospitalized was very unfortunate. The fact that this hotel withheld my property from me demanding payment for nights I didn't stay is ridiculous. I have spoken with law enforcement and was told that they don't have the right to do so. I'm In the process of filing criminal charges against the owner's Nick being one of them.

Stayed at this hotel by voucher of airline due to missed connection flight. States they will send you somewhere clean and close to the hotel. From the moment we walked in, the front gentleman was cold and not customer friendly. Actually had a hangout going in the lobby with his friends. We stayed at this hotel from midnight to 5am. Options were very limited. First thing, there are no stairs in the hotel. So if you have heavy luggage, please be prepared to climb with them. When first walking in, it states there is an absolute no smoking policy. When getting to the appropriate hallway, it smells like straight pot and cigarettes. Rooms are much worse. Between the smells, stained linens / Towels, someone else’s hair in the tub, nasty stained covered walls, and disgusting base boards, I do not recommend this hotel for you. I understand the hotel gave a voucher for us, but this hotel needs some major TLC. Between needing upgrading and appropriate cleaning done, If I could, I would give this hotel a straight zero. Forwarding to all future guests - Stay clear of this hotel.

One and done! We only stayed here because the airline we flew comped us a stay due to flight issues. I was immediately high as soon as we walked in the door…the lobby reeked of pot! Customer service when we checked in was awful, but, not surprising. There are no elevators . We don’t mind climbing stars but with heavy luggage it’s rather cumbersome. The room was not clean, the smell was horrible. The toilet would not flush, we didn’t dare step into the shower. We literally slept in our clothes on top of the covers because we didn’t trust what might be underneath. We also got towels from the bathroom to lay our heads on. I love to give positive reviews and rarely give a negative one, but this was ridiculous. We will also be letting the airline know since they are the ones who booked us here.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at ever. Our airline put us up here as a result of a missed connecting flight. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana, which made me a bit nauseous. The lobby was dirty and dingy, and there must have been no elevator because the desk clerk (who was not welcoming at all) told us we needed to use the steps to get to our room. The room - again, a stench that just clung to your clothing and belongings, bed linens were stained making us wonder if they were actually clean, and the toilet would not flush. Unfortunately we had limited options as we checked in @12:30 am and then left at 5:15am to catch our rebooked flight.

Despite being booked by the airline, the hotel claimed they had no available rooms, leaving me stranded for hours. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me find a solution, and I was left to wait in the lobby for an extended period. When I asked for assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of empathy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that they improve their customer service and communication with airlines to avoid similar situations in the future

Stayed there with voucher when my Delta flight was delayed. There were 10-15 guests who arrived from the airport and it took us 2 hours to check in due to some alleged break down of system. I had 3 hours of sleep before leaving the hotel. I asked for the shuttle bus time and the clerk (the same one from previous night) told me it comes every 20 min and the next one would be there at 9. I waited from 8:55 but the bus arrived at 9:32 and I almost missed my flight. Worst possible experience from start to end and the staff did not offer any sort of apology the whole time.

Disgusting. Floor had shard of sharp plastic wood sticking out. A/C was off and 85 for hours. Dirty tub. No elevator to second floor. Check in and out made you feel it was your fault for making employees work. Shuttle was in poor condition. Stay anyplace else.
