What a terrible experience, we booked one night for a sporting event. Price was the lowest we could find in the area, we figured it’s only for one night after reading the negative reviews. Never will I make that mistake again. Room was gross and smelled like toilet water, bed sheets had stains on them. 10 mins after getting to the room we heard a knock on our door. Two hysterical women started going off how they just stayed in our room for the last 5 days and their son had bed bug bites all over him and how terrible the room was. One of them said they even worked around there and that the front desk woman was evil. Overall it sounded shady so we decided we weren’t going to stay there with our one year old. When I went to turn my key in, one of the women was sitting in the lobby as I explained this bizarre event to the front desk person, they denied everything and said they couldn’t refund us for the room. Stay away from this motel at all costs, there is something weird going on there.

Do not stay here. I booked two rooms for friends and I to stay for a sporting event. This was this single worst hotel/motel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were dark and dirty. One room had no deadbolt or door stopper were missing. The A/C was leaking in and out of the room and cockroaches coming the the drains. The other room had no smoke alarm. The towels were threadbare and they were reusing bottles of shampoo, lotion and even key folders from previous guests. I felt like I was staying in a crack house. This place definitely needs new owners should probably be razed. I will NEVER stay again.

Very clean hotel. Loved the experience. Good breakfast that served every day for free. Nice size room that has everything you’re looking for in a hotel room. Very close to many shopping centers. Room service upon request. Highly recommended.

Facility was well maintained. Pool was neat and clean. Friendly staff with smiles and great conversations. Great location to local grocery stores and restaurants. Great business center. Highly recommend staying. Will definitely make this a stop every time we pass thru Columbia SC.

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. My room wasn't clean. My television was laying on my dresser when I got there. I hung it on the mount and connected it myself just for the remote not to work and was stuck only on CNN and couldn't change channel. There was a squirrel living in the awning outside and above my room as well. There were several stains on the wall that looked like they had to be blood stains. Towels, wash cloths, and bedding were all dingy and stained. The steps we had walk up were falling apart and a death trap. Several other "band aids" were on the structure where it was falling apart. To top it all off, we had NO WATER after returning from dinner. Was told they should have it back on in a couple hours which I didn't plan on staying up for considering I was there for work. I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund as I had two rooms, and I was told they weren't going to help me in any way, shape, or form. We left this poorly managed, dilapidated, falling apart mess of a hotel and got a room somewhere else. So we didn't even stay there and were charged for the night. Management is ridiculous and the health department should definitely pay them a visit. DON'T STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS OR EVEN SOMETHING LIKE INDOOR PLUMBING!!! Should have taken more pictures, but just look at those in other reviews if you want to see the nastiness for yourself. Need more pillows. |But decent for price. Staff is friendly. Have been staying here off and on for many years. They have updated some rooms could do with some more updates. But like I said decent for the price will stay here again. Hoping for another pleasant Stay.

Broken fixtures in the room, no hot water the first night, all four ice machines on property are broken. They do not use two top sheets, which usually would prevent contact with the duvet which is not washed regularly like the sheets. There was blood on the duvet. They told me they were only placing an authorization on my card because the room was already paid for. Instead they charged my card a second time. This payment does not show up in the receipt I received, which is very shady. When I called to get this corrected they said they never received my payment upon booking and that’s the third party booking platform’s fault and I need to contact them. I’m having to dispute it with my credit card now. At checkout I was asked to leave 5-star and 10-star reviews on various platforms. Take the negative reviews seriously because the positive reviews were likely received after begging customers to leave them. I wish I had taken them seriously.

Nice and quiet stay. Would recommend to others. Know ahead of time there is a $100 fully refundable fee at check in. But other than that everything was great. Also dog friendly, with lots of open space for walking your furry companion. Nice place
