Clarion Inn & Suites at the Outlets of Lake George - Featured Reviews (491)
The location is great. The rooms are fine. The room maintenance service was average. The breakfast was decent with decent options nothing extraordinary ☺️. The breakfast staff was very welcoming and nice which sets a good mood for the rest of the day. The room had some issues which were not fixed but that's fine. I suppose the parking is adequate for the guests but we visited on weekdays so not sure of very busy days. There is a Starbucks just in front of the Hotel which is very convenient.
Clean, comfortable, and cozy! My family stayed in the two bedroom suite and were very happy with the size, cleanliness and the view! The whirlpool was a nice surprise! Basic breakfast items for a hotel, no complaints there. The breakfast attendant, David, was so helpful. I was grabbing a few things and without asking, he was right here to help and hand me a tray to carry my items up. You don't see that kind of courtesy very often anymore!
My family is looking forward to coming back to this hotel.
The hotel needs to be upgraded. There's no elevators, even though it's only two floors. we did not like the fact that we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The view from the balcony is not a breathtaking view. The balcony furniture is dirty, and one of the risen chairs is cracked. We could feel the balcony move up and down when my husband walked on it (and he's not a heavy person). The young men at the service desk is very nice and polite. That's what's good about the hotel.
Good hotel. Located between Lake George and six flags. Nothing fancy, but comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.
We got the 2 bedroom suite and we're really happy about our choice.
Breakfast is included and has great options. Fresh waffles are always fun!
David, the breakfast attendant is amazing. He is everywhere, attending to everyone. Always helpful and keeps the place clean!!
We booked last minute and didn't know there was a triathlon and music festival that weekend so choices were limited!
Bring your bathing suits and fun stuff for the pool!
We chose this hotel because it was one of the only reasonably-priced options on a Saturday night in August. I was pleasantly surprised with our room. We got a 2-bedroom suite, which also had a nice-sized living room. You can’t walk to the attractions in Lake George Village but it is a short, straight drive away. The breakfast was more basic than most bigger chain hotels but it was fine. The man working there really hustles and keeps it clean and full. He helped me with my heavy luggage later in the morning too! There isn’t an elevator so if carrying luggage up the stairs is an issue, get a room on the first floor.
Our stay at the Clarion Inn was generally positive. The staff was welcoming, and we had booked two rooms, both of which were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with options like omelets, waffles, bread, bagels, butter, muffins, cereals, juices, milk, and coffee, which kept us full until lunch. As a vegetarian, I didn't pay much attention to the non-vegetarian items. The only slight downside was that the fruits (oranges and apples) could have been a bit fresher. Breakfast was available from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and coffee was always available in the lobby throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The indoor swimming pool, along with the jacuzzi, was open until 10 PM, adding to the pleasant experience.
Additionally, the hotel offered plenty of free parking for cars, and the free WiFi, while not the fastest, provided a moderate speed of 10-12 Mbps, which was sufficient for basic needs.
However, the only significant issue we encountered was with the room service. Despite staying for three nights and leaving our rooms early each day around 10:30 AM, our rooms were never cleaned. They did offer fresh towels, but the lack of room cleaning was disappointing and could certainly be improved. On the bright side, the hotel's location was convenient, with a Starbucks and other outlets within walking distance.
The rooms were great the tvs in the room are tiny but beds were comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bad side of it was we stayed in a room on the backside of the building and we're trying to use the deck and we're chased back inside by a swarm of bees and the deck felt as if more then 1 person were on it itd definitely collapse. Definitely needs upgrades and an elevator. The breakfast was mediocre
Excellent and clean property. Next to Factory outlets. We were treated like VIPs at the front desk by Rachel Baker and Jagdeep. Very professionally trained and courteous. Will love to come again and again. Even the staff at the breakfast room was very kind and friendly|Govind Khatri

My wife and I stayed there last week for 2 days. Could not ask for a nicer hotel, clean, well maintained, All 3 shifts in the front office would go out of there way to accommodate us. And the breakfast buffet was well maintained. Great value for the

Such a beautiful place. Loved our cabin, the property was beautiful, and such a wonderful place for kids. Had such a beautiful beach, and pools. Loved so much, and can't wait till next year .
