After reviewing various reviews of this hotel, I can confirm that guest experiences vary considerably. In my case, the staff showed a high level of friendliness and realizing our tiredness, allowed us to check-in early. The rooms were in an excellent state of cleanliness, with a pleasant aroma of cleaning products. Additionally, they were well equipped with a safe, refrigerator, and iron, and the privacy curtains worked adequately. The location can't be beat, especially with the shuttle service to the Universal Studios theme park. My only recommendation would be the addition of a microwave in the rooms, but considering the price, the hotel offers very good value for money.

We stay here every time we come to Orlando. Its location is the best to travel nearby Universal or mall or any stores like target or other small fast food chains. They don’t have elevator so remember you need to carry the checkin on the steps if you are provided with second floor room. Rooms are good and neat nothing to be complained.

We arrived late and was greeted by a friendly man and a smile after a 22 hour journey. |Our room was perfect for a family of four and very clean. All a little dated but more than adequate for what we wanted.|The Pool was cleaned everyday and the Jacuzzi was a bonus. Kids liked the gym. |The free shuttle bus to universal was spot on. |We had a take away Indian upto the room. A little expensive compared to UK prices but extremely taste and would recommend food from it.

Convenient location to universal if that’s all that’s important to your group. However, the rooms and building are outdated and in desperate need of renovation and repair. The room we were in had water damage on the ceiling and the beds themselves were quite dirty when you remove the sheet. Sheets were clean but everything else needs a replacement or a VERY deep clean and sterilization. The decorative curtains as well as the actual curtains themselves were stained but got the job of maintaining privacy done. The staff is kind enough to give plenty of helpful information but the characters that hang out around the motel definitely give you an accurate representation of what goes on around here. For the price of the motel I suggest you look elsewhere.

We were looking for a cost-effective place to stay for a sudden trip and this place popped up. Great price, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The best part was even if we missed the morning or evening shuttle to Universal it was only a 25-minute walk. Made for a few memorable evening walks with my kiddo. And, of course, my daughter loved late(r) night swims in the (small) pool and an occasional dip in the hot tub.

Positive: Very close to Universal. The room is basic but functional and clean. The coffee was decent. The area is great especially for a short stay. Negative: The bathroom is pretty small. The room does not stay cool, it only is okay when the AC is blasting. Definitely not 3 star like they say though.

The rooms are fine, though for some reason the pillows were only half size. Shower pressure was good. You'll hear everything going on outside as there's zero sound blocking. For some reason the black out curtains don't have a track so it's not possible to close the blinds and get privacy. Only the sheer curtains close but you can completely see through them at night. Restaurant downstairs was pretty good.

Positive: The size and amenities of the room for the price Negative: Beds are very hard. Cleaning staff are constantly pushing loud carts past rooms all day. You can hear everything sound from adjacent rooms through the walls
