Someone had booked room for us. Check in was smooth. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was clean, but there was some distinct smell in the room. Room was spacious and had microwave and fridge. One thing I would point out that signs to enter this location can be better. We missed the entry point twice and had to make big turns to get back, meaning you can easily miss the turn to enter location as its now well placed. Overall experience 3.65/5 ⭐️
Awesome experience from checking to checkout. Rooms are renovated, well lit and beautiful! Service was great all around as well. This is our go to hotel when in this part of New Jersey. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends when in Tom's River.
Great service, very clean and everyone looking out for our every need. Absolutely no complaints. Pool was great and we certainly had a great time. Definitely would recommend to all. Breakfast was good and the dinner menu had something for everyone.

Stayed for a month on a business trip... The service, room conditions, and value were AMAZING!! Always felt comfortable and welcomed by the entire staff. Ike's Pub was the perfect spot for dinner after a long day at work, and a special shout out to Vera!! The breakfast was the best I've seen in a hotel, and she made it even better by welcoming me every morning... A great way to start the day!! Thank you!!
I recently got married here March 23, my husband and I have nothing bad to say about this place! From the start of planning our wedding Leah was so nice and pleasant to work with. The food was amazing, the staff was the best, everything about our day was perfect with no hiccups! Ran very smoothly. I highly suggest if you are looking for a wedding venue this is the place. Even our after party we had here after the reception and that was even a great time! Will recommend to anyone!
We went to the mother's day brunch. Very very disappointed, service was awful. We had a reservation for 13. I had to get up and get coffee carafes filled twice. Our dishes piled up on our table. The sausage was not cooked, the corn beef hash was awful. The only saving grace was the omelet station. I will never come again.
Went there the other day for a party. The staff was great. They were polite and courteous. They worked hard and did a great job. From the hors d'oeuvres to the dessert every course was well timed and tasted great. I had the Prime Rib. I ordered medium rare and it came exactly how I ordered it. The meat was tender and juicy and had a great flavor. The hotel was clean. The lobby is spacious. It is located on a major East/West road and is minutes from the Garden State Parkway. They have a large parking lot. The Hotel is Handicapped accessible.
