I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I absolutely love Dr. Rose and her amazing staff. I brought my kitten in for his neuter and asked if there were any cancelations that day to see my frenchie for an eye issue. Mid day they called to say there was! And they gave me a slot that worked out perfect so I could pick my kitten up at the same time to save me a trip. Dr. Rose is quick, efficient, and an expert in her field. I live in Falcon where there are plenty of vets but I make the drive to see her because she’s the only one I trust with my zoo of animals. If you don’t like the late policy that’s unfortunate. As a health care provider I get that making the exception for one late person is a slippery slope to repeat offenders setting the whole day behind for other clients and the staff. I make sure to arrive 5-10 mins before my actual appointment time and have never had an issue. Be respectful and you will get your pet taken care of 10 fold.

It sucks to leave a poor review because I really like Dr Rose and she’s been very good to my pup, but we will not be returning. I’ll start by saying that I absolutely trust Dr Rose with the care of my pup, and the staff was always polite. The issue is their late policy; I think it’s unreasonably strict. I always thought it was both weird and annoying how they constantly reminded me not to be late, even though I never once was late for an appointment. However, when I was overseas and my fiancée was not even 10 minutes late to bring our pup to her appointment due to bad traffic they turned her away and wouldn’t accept any excuse. She called me sobbing. If they don’t make any exceptions, than neither will we. There are plenty of excellent Vets in town, and a lot closer to where we live. I went out of my way because I trusted Dr Rose, and the fact that they would not grant one exception made me furious. If you live close by their office and you’re generally good about being on time, then i recommend them for your pet. Anything less (and really, ANYTHING less), don’t bother.

My fur babies love this place. I have tried to go to every clinic in Colorado Springs, They are either over priced or have bad practice. But not this place. Yes, Claremont is a little booked out. but for the quality of their service, the knowledge of Doctor Rose, and the kindness of her staff out weighs any clinic I have been too, Also outweighs a little bit of a wait. Everyone is booked out right now anyway. Why not wait to go to the best. They only have one Doctor who has done everything for my pet. If you like high quality care and a personal relationship with your vet go here. Thank you Claremont for everything you have done for my pets. <3

My dog does not do well around other dogs. He is stand off ish with people as well. They were fantastic with him. Even working with us to make sure he could come in quick as to not see other dogs. Staff was very friendly. The vet was very kind and explained everything. Made my dog as comfortable as possible. They are very well priced. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know and have definitely found a good, honest and great veterinarian for my animals that I trust. Thank you again. PS my dog likes to sit like a human.

We love this vets office so much! They take such fabulous care of our babies, and keep them healthy. They have reasonable prices, and their customer service is fabulous! ♥️

Dr Rose and her staff are sent from heaven. Dr Rose has seen all of my animals for years. She is such a caring, knowledgeable Doctor. The entire team at Claremont Ranch Animal Hospital are wonderful and caring. I would recommend to everyone who loves their animals.

Dr. Rose just happen to have a cancelation the day I called about my dog carley rose. She was started on meds that day and the improvement is awesome! Best vet and staff in town!

Dr. Rose and staff are amazing. They truly care about the well being of your pet from all stages of life and death. We have had two beloved pets euthanized here and they show so much compassion for us and our dogs.
