CJ's Highmarks - American restaurant in Celina - 1211 Irmscher Blvd, USA

A fantastic place to eat at. My only gripe was for some reason when they're fries got a little cold they had a funny greasy taste. Beyond that I had the CJ club. The sandwich was really good. But when you get the sandwich don't be surprised. When the sandwich arrived the bread was cut in half. When they did that the sandwich looks like you're only getting a half of a sandwich. But it's still is a big decent sandwich. I would recommend this location for other individuals. The staff were very polite and kind. The restaurant was very clean and tidy.

there were a lot of folding chairs stacked up against the wall directly behind our table which made getting in and out of our seats difficult without knocking the lot of them over. 4 of the 6 people in the party had steak and ordered them medium rare and there was a wide range of how how those steaks were cooked. one was medium well. two of the steaks had an awful lot of gristle in. I know it was new years eve and they were busy and that's why we didn't send anything back, but with the the prices we paid for the food I expected a lot higher quality. I would probably go back and give them a second chance but it may be a while before I am ready for that.

Pretty good food at fair prices. Good selection of beer. Waitress was amazing great place to go if you want a nice quiet night recommend

I usually like to stray away from CJ’s due to inadequate experiences but after tossing around takeout ideas my partner suggested it and we gave it another go. Unfortunately the experience was as usual sub-par. We placed to go order and it took close to 2 hours to receive. After telling us that our order was almost ready to only wait substantially longer than they told us it would take to be ready. They then told us they lost the order and they would expedite it for us and have it out in 10 minutes, that was clearly not the case bc it was not ready for another 40 minutes. Clearly we should’ve stuck with our gut and not bothered to visit. The food was slopped together and half of it was cold. We were not compensated for our poor experience in any way.

Waitresses should not be bitching to the customers about the kitchen staff or other tables. Wait time was really great, especially for a Friday night. Since the Lake Festival was going on, maybe most of the crowd was on the other side of town. In spite of the sparse patronage, the kitchen took an excessively long time in preparing our drinks and meals. The food was good but overpriced. I could have gotten a better salad at Wendy's for less than $8.00 I'll happily spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Visited during lunch hour on a Saturday, not to busy, our waitress Angela D “Ivy” was awesome, both dinners were special orders and came out correctly with the changes requested. GF options available and perfect with celiac dietary restrictions. Will stop in again when in town!!

It was our first visit on vday. It was great service and the food was great. We went back yesterday and the service was slow. Had to wait on refills a long time. My wife asked for her chop steak to be well done. It was not, very pink in spots. Once they finally came to check again. We mentioned that the steak was not well. They just said sorry for that. Well at least the dogs enjoyed it! The ribs were great!

Fried zucchini is to die for, so light and crisp! Good variety of food choices, nice wait staff and they make a great chocolate martini. Prime rib is good on Fridays and Saturdays.
