CityMac - Computer store in Bellingham - 3205 Northwest Ave, USA

I had a one hour tutorial on my new IPhone. Specifically, I was having some problems with passwords and downloading apps. I got just the help I needed and the problem was solved. I also had time to get some extra information on using my phone which was really useful. The tech was really patient and very good at explaining things clearly to me, demonstrating differrent features on the phone each time. It was well worth the time and money to get so much information to get me started with the new device.

I have had two experiences with City Mac and both have been Stellar. The most recent dealt with my iPhone battery failing and the phone would not hold a charge at all…..and I was leaving town very early the next morning. The crew understood my predicament and I had my phone back in 90 minutes instead of the typical 3 hour ordeal quoted by others. I’ll go back!!

Jacob helped throughout the process of choosing a new MacBook Air, and made it easy and fun. With a sense of humor, and a lot of tech experience, Jacob made what can be stressful, as uncomplicated as possible. Thank you, Jacob and City Mac for a good computer purchasing experience. I had a great experience at the Bellingham CityMac. I brought my iPhone in for some issues with the camera, and they were able to replace the camera for me for free since I was still under my warranty. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix, but I got an email saying my phone was ready to be picked up only an hour and a half later! Anthony was super friendly and helpful and made the whole process super easy. My roommate has gotten her laptop fixed there before and also had a great experience after being laughed at and told that her laptop was unfixable by other laptop repair places in Bellingham.

After seeking advise from numerous “experts” all over town with a frustrating, puzzling issue I had with my device, I thought I needed to replace it by purchasing another one, until I walked into CityMac. Their courteous staff impressed immensely by exhibiting exceptional expertise and restoring my gadget to function not only properly, but better than it ever had before. I’m grateful there’s CityMac in town, and next time I need assistance with any of my Apple products I know where to find a professional knowing how to put a smile on my face! The repair done on the iPhone is acceptable. Whoever handles communicating the customer to pickup the repaired item on time didn’t do a good job. Customer was told the store will text or call when the phone is ready to be picked up, instead an email was sent and the phone sat in the shop for days.

My go-to place for all things Apple and I’m pretty sure the only authorized Apple dealer/service center in Bellingham. If something is up with phone or iPad or MacBook, this is where I go. The staff is always super cool and easy going. I never once have felt pressured to buy anything. All in all, great store, great people. Note: they changed their name a few years back so if you’re looking for Td Curran, it’s now called City Mac.
