Kim was super helpful and personable. She responded to the interest request I put in really fast. When we met with her she really took the time to hear what it was we both wanted and had kept those things in mind throughout the entire process. She’s touched base on and off in between our meeting and move-in day. Overall I’d highly recommend working with Kim if you’re looking into moving to City Walk. The apartment itself is pretty nice and affordable considering what you receive. The gym looks nice, and it seems like the residents really enjoy using it, so it has to be good, right? The pool looked pretty nice too. The hallways do get a little confusing because they’re kinda dark and they all look the same, but once you get that figured out you’re all set. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. The lighting is pretty good and I really like that they allow you to make your apartment completely your own. You can paint and hang things on the walls. My apartment came with 2 ceiling fans because the previous tenants installed them, so we were happy to find that! The bathrooms are super spacious and there’s tons of storage space. I would recommend looking into City Walk if you’re looking an apartment in the area.

Kim responded promptly after requesting more information on a two bedroom unit. She sat down with us and found us the PERFECT apartment in our budget meeting all our needs. The space and amenities are gorgeous, and akin made the experience so welcoming and warm!

Rigsby and I are very excited for this next chapter. City Walk is a beautiful property with all the amenities we need and more. We are grateful for the amazing team here who has helped us make this transition so smooth.

From the moment I walked through the lobby doors, Michelle took great care of me. Michelle made finding the right apartment a seamless process and was on top of all the details. Kim did an excellent job of guiding me through the process on move-in day. The apartment looks great! I highly recommend City Walk apartments to anyone.

I’ve lived at City Walk for a few years now. I moved into a different apartment for greater space, and can honestly say I thought it was a brand new unit when I moved in. Couple things needed to be addressed, and were taken care of promptly. Finally, we have the right individuals taking the time to care for the residence. The office team is friendly and the maintenance team is quick! Michelle and team have really turned this place around! A+!💪🏼👍🏼👊🏼

Danielle, was great and super nice and sweet. She explained things very well and made the process very smooth and easy. We had decided to move into the apartments within a very short time frame and she was able to move our process along very quick. From the very beginning she sat down with me and had an “interview” process on what I wanted in a home. She chose the perfect layout for me based off of what we had talked about which made me love the apartment. This made the process so much easier than having to go and look at multiple layouts I potentially would’ve hated. Saved so much time! City walk apartments are very nice and the 11ft ceilings are to die for! We were able to talk to a few other staff members too and the community just seems very nice. The communal spaces are very nice and they are open 24/7.

Alexa was sooooo amazing!!!!! She was so friendly, welcoming and funny. From the first day I toured, she made me feel like I was already home and made me ready to move in. She was great at communication from start to finish, she answered all of our questions and was always considerate with any concerns we had. Besides the fact I fell in love with the apartment and the complex, Alexa made me want to live her just based on her personality. Great hospitality! :)

So far my boyfriend and I have lived here for about 3 months and enjoy the place a ton! Danielle was super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to our interest. She sat down with us to find a perfect apartment right away but after living here for a bit, one thing we were not made aware of before moving in and that has been an ongoing issue for me working from home is that the garbage trucks come twice a day in the morning -afternoon everyday Monday through Friday. I know this is a big apartment building and picking it up one day won’t cut it but I had stated when looking for an apartment i work from home and needed a quiet apartment I can make calls from all day. We ended up signing on an apartment above the garage entrance and didn’t think it would be an issue as we were told the walls were thick but it is very loud when they are out there in the early morning and there isn’t much that can be done about that as we know the garbage needs to be picked up we just wish we knew that before we signed on this specific apartment and would’ve preferred to be on the outer walls for a quieter work environment for me, but maybe we can look into that option when we resign! other than that one issue we absolutely love the place and environment. Maintenance is timely and so friendly and has taken care of all requests so quickly, all the people in the office are so helpful and nice anytime we’ve interacted with them and we would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking as this has been a great place to live so far and very spacious and nice apartments!!
