This place is a WINNER! The chicken and waffles is terrific—great combination of flavors and textures beautifully presented. The supercharged pear and fennel salad is more than enough for two. Although not a squash lover, the soup is really delicious. Crunchy fried ravioli pair perfectly with the bright and summery pesto. One of the best parts of the city o burger was the sauce. Service was friendly and efficient. Loved the art, too.
Describing City O’ City's customer service, food, and vibe in one word: Spectacular! The check-in waitress from Kentucky was fabulous. Chase, the waiter, was awesome. Their attitudes made our whole experience even better. Let’s talk about the VF chicken and waffles and how it surprised me! This dish was perfection! I got the full plate, and it was too much for me to finish. The flavor was in every bite! See, I’m a meat eater, and my friend is vegetarian. I love trying new things, and this was the right spot! A must-try if you visit Denver!
Came on a weekday and had a good time. It was nice to see a mix of options, so you didn't have to rely only on fake meats or whole foods. My meal was a BBQ tofu bowl with fried onions, kale and mac n cheese. Not necessarily soul food mac, but still fit well with the barbecue vibe. I tried my friend's chicken and waffles where the chicken substitute was fried cauliflower. I would've preferred a fake meat version, but I can see the benefit of having a much lighter version like this. The sweet potato cinnamon roll was the star of the show. Not enough can be said about the exceedingly friendly staff - Chase and homegirl from Kentucky. It's so refreshing (and rare) to see people who are good at and like their job.
FANTASTIC! I don’t following a gluten-free or dairy-free diet, but my girlfriend does. I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Denver.
We loved this place! It had such a great vibe and the staff were so friendly. The food was so good! It is basically vegetarian/vegan comfort food. Definitely a great place to go for the weekend. Make sure to make a reservation as it does get busy.
Very pleasant surprisingly and our first time at this place. Vegan cheese was good. Green spicy salsa verda that came with the taquitoes were appreciated by the entire table table. The server was quite nice and recommended other restaurants in boulder. Ice tea was great, London fog was great.
Pretty good! I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but I still enjoyed the food. The ravioli with pesto dipping sauce was delicious and my quinoa bowl was tasty and filling. The staff was friendly and helpful and it wasn't too busy on a late Sunday afternoon (no wait). The ambiance is nice, but a little too cold and industrial for my taste. I wish it were a little cozier.
I managed to try this place after all the hype and anticipation. Popular place and a good amount of wait, but that doesnt say much. We tried the"chicken" and veggie burger and the poutine. Great tasting but highly processed, highly oily and salty and far from the spirit of vegetarianism. True vegetarians get excited about cauliflower and carrot and do not need to call it chicken and bacon bits. The veggie burger patty was one of a better ones, the poutine gravy was highly processed mushroom curry gravy. Me and my guest felt unhealthy for hours after the meal. Would I try it again?may be other locations, may be not.

I have nothing but love and positive words for Fit Collective. I joined via the 2 week trial about a year ago and all it took was a few classes to know that this was more than a typical gym. FitCo is a community where everyone is encouraged to be the
