City Motel - Motel in Richmond - 3015 Jefferson Davis Hwy, USA

I live at city motel these Indian people own they are not doing things right got people working under the table and living free they had to clean the room and the parking lot the place is nasty and dirty roaches running crazy they are mad at me because I stop paying them we went to court I lost it was for the best I been here a year now don't know nothing about the city I can't go out my room they will lock me out I have to order food on line I miss important doctor appointments I am a disabled person got to go two knee surgery I got to leave this place September 17 I am trying to get in a shelter but they are full I need some help finding me a place to go I don't have family or friends up here I don't know nobody the owner his wife and the manager talk so mean and nasty to me I get SSI but that not enough for the room my room mate move out in April so I couldn't pay anymore so we went to court so I got to leave trust me I want to leave I rather stay in the world or a park bench to living here the maid woman was giving me some toilet paper and trash bags he told her dont give me no more god dont like ugly what come around will go around they come over our country and take over i love helping people i don't need much health department need to come over here to help these people my room numbers is 105 i need. the the new people over here I will be glad to talk them I will be ok God got me

I tell you this place should be condemned. The HEALTH DEPARTMENT need to come here , this place the beds are molded, blood on the mattress, roaches, door didn’t lock right, bed bugs we packed up and left haven’t been back just took a lost on the money. I understand people are homeless and this place is the cheap but we are human and are better than this I rather sleep on the bench outside than to ever go back there.Please take this very Seriously, Don’t go they can’t stay in business if you don’t go . Until they get a health inspector in there and care about the people’s health this pace is nasty. I know now that cheap isn’t always best!!!! They really got a 0 star I hope someone reading this hears me DON’T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to visit a friend and her room was horrible I felt bad for her

Staff is very professional, service was very prompt. Specially the Manager there “Jay” Indian guy is amazing. Thanks for the best experience. Will definitely visit again.

Originally it would've been 1 star for the first room we were in. It was pretty awful. Had old food in the fridge. We needed to extend our stay and they moved us to a somewhat better room. They would've had at least three stars if we hadn't uncovered the nastiness of the second room and their attitude was more welcoming. Sheets, pillows, and mattress had stains and they didn't keep us up with towels. We took photos and stripped the bed before leaving, hopefully they actually wash things and they definitely should at least replace the pillows. Shower low water pressure, has microwave and fridge. WiFi is shoddy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone trust me

There were holes in the wall the size of an adult hand roaches came out of. Only 2out of 4 lights worked. Bugs in the bed. The fridge wouldn't stay shut. All around the worst room ive ever stayed in. #101. Definitely will go to Richmond Hotel next time. Im still itching

Not a bad place to stay dispite its old reputation. Clean, well kept, quiet and reasonable room rates. Ive been staying there for going on 4 months. Just bring your own everything. Sheets,towels, etc. After I deep cleaned the room it was good to go. Good internet and flat screen TVs, microwave and fridge.
