We've been sleeping on our new Sterns & Foster mattress for about six months now and we love it. Bill was extremely helpful and facilitated every step of the process with tact and professionalism. I started my shopping online. I was able to chat with a rep. to answer a few questions before I made it into the store and got a promo code for doing so. When my boyfriend and I made it into the store we were greated by a friendly sales woman. She was able to take what specifics we were looking for and work with our prices. She was kind enough not to hover while we tested the mattress for comfort. Happy to say they honored my promo code and was setup with a convenient delivery and set in 48 hour's. Wow - did we luck out when we happened to wander into the Sheridan Drive store and meet Joe Cuddihee! After previously shopping in 8 or 9 other name brand furniture stores we ended up buying most of our furniture for our new build from Joe at City Mattress. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our furniture and the white glove delivery service to Ellicottville, NY. Just popped in to check out the tempurPedic mattress with my son. Alecia Page was wonderful. She showed us to the specific mattress my son was looking for, explained a couple of things, then left us to it. Their selection is great and Alecia's knowledge of the mattress, bed frames and other furniture is extensive. We especially appreciated that she left us free to wander around, get a feel for the mattresses and discuss our options. This will be our second purchase from City Mattress, I'm glad we came back.
