City Heights at College Station - Apartment complex in College Station - 2338 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S, USA

I been here for almost 1.5 year. This is a new building, and has very good maintenance people. They usually get the job done fast and easy. No problems with ants, and insects since I came here. The pool area is pretty nice. Lastly, I would say the inly thing that could be better was a party room, which even though has nice space but closes at 10

I’ve been here before the name change as well as several management changes. The property itself is beautiful & great amenities. Michael (office staff) and maintenance guys are GREAT. However, most of the neighbors are inconsiderate and loud, the walls are incredibly thin. I was under the impression this complex was for working professionals (it used to be nice and quiet when it was Encino Trace) but unfortunately it’s becoming populated with college kids who throw loud parties and thus, I have decided to leave. The courtesy officer is prompt and polite, but this does not eradicate the overall issue.

I’ve lived in my apartment here for going on two years and I love it. These are very nice and spacious apartments that you can really make feel like a home. There are units with private yards which is amazing for if you have a dog like I do, as well as two different dog parks for them to run around in. The front office staff are super nice and Michael is always awesome at answering questions and working with you to solve any issue you may have. I have felt very lucky to live in an apartment as nice as this one as a college student.

I absolutely love my apartment here. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I first toured the property with Michael, I immediately decided this was the place to be. While living here, Aaliyah has been so kind and welcoming anytime I stop by the leasing office. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and the luxury pool area might be my favorite part. I love that city heights is in such a great location and out of all the traffic. Favorite place I’ve lived by far!!

I love living here! I’ve lived in 3 different places in the college station area and have never had a good experience until I moved to City Heights. The management team is always very helpful and kind, I’ve had no issues with maintenance either. The amenities are always available and functional, parking isn’t a disaster, and it is a quiet community. 10/10 recommend.

I love living at City Heights! The property is gorgeous and maintained well. The amenities are great, my favorite being the resort style pool. The front office staff have always been super friendly and accommodating, they truly want you to have a pleasant experience living here and will assist you in every way they can. The location is close to many dining and entertainment options and the campus is less than 10 minutes away. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in College Station!

In all of my years living in college station, this has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Michael and the entire city heights team are very sweet genuine individuals. If you ever have questions or concerns the front office is always welcoming and address issues ASAP! I could not recommend any other apartment complex more than city heights, it’s a very professional and peaceful environment.

I absolutely love living here! Great staff, great appliances, and nice layouts to choose from. The dog park is awesome and the pool is great to relax at! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to the Bryan/CS area. The on-site maintenance has always came for me the same day and has made living here a breeze. I love living here!
