I am a designer , and most say I Can describe the feeling of the last mattress I buy from city furniture , the have the best mattress so far and not pricy and the comfort wow !!!god !!! We went to City Furniture with the intention of just looking at the Nomad dining table. Vivian H greeted us and offered to assist. She was very nice, telling me about a 3 yr, no interest loan promotion while leading us to the table. We LOVED the table but didn't care for the chairs it came with, so Vivian showed us around. She showed us a newer swivel, fabric dining chair that went well with the table and I loved. It was such a great experience, we decided to purchase the table & 8 chairs on the spot! I would highly recommend this City Furniture & specifically, Vivian for her customer service! Thank you Vivian!

I should have checked reviews before I purchased new furniture. I see other people have experienced the same thing as me. They delivered used and damaged furniture. The claim process is all handled via text. I don’t know if I was dealing with a person or robot and offered very little as compensation. Considering how much I’ve spent I expected better quality furniture and better service. It’s definitely not worth the money. this was my second purchase from them but I will never buy from them again. Watch out!!

Great place to shop for furniture with great customer service & prices. I had Harold one of the many great sale associate help me on the three times I have shopped with my family. Very honest and transparent with everything. Calls to follow up with everything even years later. Thank you Harold.

We went to 2 different locations. The first was Pines where we purchased a bed and a table. The sales rep answered a personal phone call during our interaction, which was unprofessional and off putting. We were there before closing time and willing to return the next day, but he was pushy and kept telling us he was off the next day. We also chose to pick up our items next day instead of delivery, yet after signing the online agreement he told us that next day pick up was unavailable. He did not seem to care about this inconvenience. At the second location, North Miami, we purchased a mattress and chairs, this salesman was also pushy and insisted on up charging us for a mattress protector that we told him multiple times we were not interested in. He went so far as to call his manager over who also tried to push the protector on us, we declined again. Before signing the online documentation, we noticed a charge we had previously refused and when questioned he said matter-of-factly, it was “ an accident” and removed the $200+ charge. It would have been a better overall experience if we did not have to deal with any salespeople. We spent around $3000 and probably will not return.

We went to go check out couches and we were greeted by an amazing associate named Sidney. We told him exactly what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations! He was friendly and really understood the kind of vibe we were going for. I also really appreciate the fact that we didn’t feel pressured to Purchase anything and his energy was just amazing all around definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at city Furniture. The maneger and staff were true professionals. There customer service was the best. I would tell my family about the crew at city furniture. I would also encourage them to buy at city furniture. The price was a little bit high but the customer service was the icing on top.
