I really love everything about this gym, the equipment available, and what this gym offers. I wish that at the Graduate Hospital location they were a little bit more on top of it with the towels and getting the new clean towels out and available in a timely manner as I am very often having to wait for them and the towel supply rack is empty. Also I have heard that the other locations have larger towels provided to their members.
I registered for membership at City Fitness today. Dakota, the representative who assisted me, was fantastic! She explained all aspects of membership in full and clear detail,in a friendly and Interactive way. She answered all my questions. It was also very efficient and considerate of my time. I am very excited about joining and felt valued in this interaction. Thanks!
Love the Graduate Hospital City Fitness gym! It very clean and well equipped. The staff are courteous and helpful. My Thrive trainer, Jake Van Horn, is amazing. He works with my fitness goals and constantly inspires me to do better.
I used to love CF@Graduate Hospital But do not like it that much anymore because my favorite noon yoga and pilates instructors are gone-Gilda Smith and Roshi P respectively. I do not like Graduate’s mid-day yoga class because it’s like yoga on steroids!!! (BTW: I know that your term for yoga is energize&flow but whatever) I prefer taking classes during the day. However there are excellent yoga instructors at Market East Monday-Wednesday so I go there. Pilates is in the evenings there and NONE at Graduate. The yoga/pilates studio at Logan has an awful eco which makes it almost impossible to hear the instructor. I do enjoy Jenna and Steve’s spin classes at Graduate The facility is the stepchild of CF however. Not always clean. Staff members are nice and usually helpful
Fantastic gym! Super clean, very friendly staff, and overall a very welcoming environment. Even on days when I don’t make it to the gym until after work, I love how it never gets so busy to the point at which it interferes with my workout. Also just recently started thrive training with Zac and that’s been awesome — I always leave feeling like I got more out of my workout than if I was just working out on my own!
They changed their hours so I canceled my membership because I couldn’t use it anymore. 9 months later I get a collections account on my credit report. They didn’t call me or send me bills, I found out they think I owe them through my credit report almost a year later.
I worked out here one time in 2015 to take advantage of their "free trial week" promotion. Then they revoked my remaining six days when I said I wasn't planning to sign a membership after the week. Then, when my wife also used a trial day with her friend, City Fitness later texted her a made-up story claiming that her friend hoped she would sign a membership. Finally, years later, they continue to spam me with sporadic offers with no apparent way to opt out. Maybe a fine gym? Certainly scummy marketing practices.
Nice gym with great staff. The only thing negative to say about this gym is its size. It’s on the smaller side and It tends to get very crowded lately. Would be great if they could move into a larger space.

I did an OBA class (drop-in) while visiting Philadelphia in January. I read some comments here that they're not "drop-in friendly", but that's not my experience at all! Signing up was very easy. At the reception I was asked what my fitness level (ok,
Coffee here was amazing! The iced latte was great! The black coffee was something else! So fruity and aromatic - truly a great experience! Very much recommended getting their beans too!
Joined on a student membership for the summer and really enjoyed my experience. All the trainers were highly knowledgeable (and incredibly athletic) and made sure everyone felt welcome in the gym. When I was dealing with a shoulder injury, they were

The sound in Verizon hall... I have seen a good variety of performances here from Orchestra up to the top balcony and the back of the space. The hall is shaped like the inside of a cello. Opened in 2001 and updated in 2010, the sound is impressive. G
