City Center Motel Missoula - Motel in Missoula - 338 E Broadway St, USA

When we pulled up, I originally thought "Oh, no...did I book another sketchy place?" (Looking at you, Bel Aire and Brooks St Motor Inn.) I'm so glad I was wrong! The service was super friendly and the room was so cute. The bed was comfortable, shower is roomy and everything was very clean. Loved the location also! Quick walk to so many things. Would stay again for sure!

I have stayed in 8 different hotels/motels/etc while traveling this summer, all over the price scale. This was the cleanest of them all - IMMACULATE! Also, while this sounds really basic, the shower was perfect. Plenty of water pressure, held its temperature well, easy to adjust - the best I experienced. On top of that, another simple yet rare feature: the bathroom actually had plenty of shelf space and hooks. The staff were also super-friendly, and parking was easy and free. I think this place is a great value and very highly recommend it.

It's a cheap motel in a fantastic location that's run extremely well. Room was old and things like the shower drain had a tiny bit of rust on it, but everything was maintained and in working order and clean. I wish more motels were run like this. No hassles. Everything you need, nothing fancy, no stress.

A good location is probably the only good thing about this motel. There are 10 rooms, but only 9 parking spaces, so if you get there later you have to park on the street. The air conditioner in our room seemed to be not functioning well or positioned in a way to actually cool the room and provided little relief. Additionally, there is not ventilation in the bathroom, aside from opening the window (not secure). Because of an absolute lack of ventilation, there were tiny flies stuck to the condensation on the walls of the bathroom. Also, the shower drain and tiny soap dish in the shower were rusty. I would have loved to discuss this far-below ideal room with a manager, but the only staff were a couple of college kids who were doing their best to seemingly run the entire motel. Would not recommend.

Nice little motel. We stayed here on our drive to Yellowstone National Park. Convenient location with access to various restaurants and other services. We stayed in a 2 queen beds suite and I was happy with it. Given this facility is 2-star motel. The room was clean, had a microwave, small fridge and a kettle. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were acceptable, though the mattresses were too soft to my liking. Overall, good experience.

Admittedly, I really like places like this. Vintage properties that are very well renovated and from there, properly maintained and super clean. Such is the case here. Sure the rooms are on the smaller side, but I'm fine with that and knew it going in. One excellent thing in particular is that the website very accurately portrays the property, rooms and the neighbourhood. That said, the location is excellent. Walking distance to most everything for a "Day in Missoula." Someone is obviously paying attention and its places like this that are thankfully slapping Airbnb around. Great value. Friendly check in too. I look forward to returning.

Best motel experience we’ve ever had! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Make sure to book on their website, which is cheaper than booking through a third party. Katherine (sorry if that’s misspelled) at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, more than we could’ve asked for. Very spacious top floor room with lots of light, very clean, with fun wildlife-themed paintings and great smelling soap. Mini fridge, TV, easy parking, air conditioning. Would easily come again.

We've stayed here more than once, and the room is always clean, with everything needed: a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a cold fridge, microwave, and a kettle for hot water. Check-in is pleasant and WiFi is speedy, and location can't be beat. Parking is tight, but usually enough spaces are available nearby
