City Center Motel - Motel in North Bend - 750 Connecticut Ave, USA

I am little hesitant in the first due to bad reviews but I take a chance because this is near and very very economical. But I find nothing wrong everything is good, room is cleaned, towels available, fridge , microwave, TV in the room, shower is working fine. So I recommend this motel I think some people demand too much and don't want to pay extra for that. IF u want room cleaned everyday, room service or extra amenities then you look somewhere else.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed there last night. The room was not cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty the bed itself was gross. There was no toilet paper at all. Just a very disgusting room. When she asked for a refund the manager was very rude and refused to give her one. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

My wife had called on the busy holiday weekend. Cause our other stay arrangements cancel on us. Due to things hidden in fine print. Not disclosed until arriving. After booking weeks in advance. We were scrambling to find lodging. Stumbled across this place online. Booked as only room available in miles. Went to location on a prayer which not answered in way you'd hope for...

This was the worst experience we've ever had with a motel or hotel. We arrived in the evening, and the office's open sign was on, and there was a phone number listed on the door. A man answered, and I said we have a reservation and are here to check in. He said, "we are closed," and I said ok, but we have a reservation. Is there a key box or code we use to get into our room? And he replied, "Nope. We are closed, " and I asked if there is someone on standby for situations like this? And he said, "No, come back tomorrow," and then I asked if I would be getting a refund then, and he said, "Nope. You gotta figure that out with Orbitz, that's not our problem, " and then hung up on me. ||There was no communication stating that if we didn't make it there in a certain amount of time that we would miss our reservation. ||We then reached out to Orbitz to request a refund, who informed us that they must be able to get ahold of the motel to authorize the refund, which when they called the motel, they refused the refund. ||This is the worst situation I have had and by far the worst motel we've ever tried to stay at. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the motel itself was super sketchy and gross looking. Others in the area said it's a terrible hotel that literally horror stories come out of all the time. My biggest piece of advice to anyone looking to stay in Bend, Oregon, is to avoid this place at all costs!!

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! We decided to book online Saturday , reviews were decent. Got there and the man at the front was unfriendly and most likely high AF. we got bad vibes, asked to see the room before paying. Didn’t look great but figured it would do. Paid and went into the room again, peeled the bed sheets back and the sheets were visibly dirty. Asked for new bedding and he came back with balled up sheet that were in the same condition, expected us to make the bed. The bathroom sink was barely connected to the wall, there was someone’s bra in the dresser. Gross why would anyone pay that kind of money to stay here! Tried to get a refund from front desk, he said no. Gave me a phone number to call, I presume the owner. She was not friendly but told me to call back Monday and she would refund me. I called but she has screened my calls ever since and the hotel is doing the same. Charge me $200 Canadian even though we did not stay 5 minutes. Scammers do not stay or book here!

Pros: There were no cockroaches. The trial size shampooconditioner provided looked to be decent. When I called ph# posted on lobby door, someone answered the phone. Cons: I reserved a room with a king bed & got a free downgrade to a bed with one extra super soft queen bed. When I went to check in, the lobby door was locked, with a different ph# to call than the one listed on Google for this motel. The man who answered didn't understand that I had reserved a room, and asked what room I would like, how many people, etc. And it was strange to be asked, "would you like to wait?" after reserving a room, finding the lobby locked, calling the number, providing my info. The wait time to check in was about 15 + 15 min. After a fellow arrived, he fished around for stuff, and logged into a computer, explaining nothing at all. After 10-15 min., he had me fill out a page & pay for room, then provided 1 key. There was a booger on the wall where a headboard would be. There was smeared feces inside the toilet. There were clumps of goop in the bathroom & on floor by bed. There was no version of any kind of trash receptacle or bag at all in the room. The TV didn't work. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper to last 2 people 2 days. I didn't try very hard, but I did use the bathroom sink a handful of times during our stay, and I was unable to get the water to run warm or hot. Note that I did not shower here, since the bathroom was gross. I honestly believe all staff is trained to be hostile & "hard," instead of cordial & welcoming, to prevent patrons from asking for help if anything goes wrong.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the City Center Motel in North Bend, Oregon and it was by far the worst lodging experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was met with a musty and unpleasant odor that immediately made me question my decision to stay at this motel. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the dude checking guests in seeming uninterested, rude and unprofessional. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but when I stayed at this establishment for over a month and each time I had an encounter with him, it was the same. I have over a handful of mistakes he made as well that were never addressed or taken care of in the proper way. As I made my way to my room, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire property. When I finally reached my room, I was shocked by the state of it. The walls were dirty and had obvious signs of mold, the bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was filthy with hair and grime in the shower. To make matters worse, the noise level at this motel was unbearable. I could hear every conversation from the adjacent rooms, as well as the constant traffic outside. Including banging and pounding on the wall that is directly connected to mine. Due to construction or remodeling being done which I have no doubt that it needed what was being done in there but when you have an entire motel full of empty rooms, why stick the clearly pregnant female in the room right next door to the room your having new flooring put in at 8 AM for a week straight? and It was impossible to get any amount of sleep in such a noisy and uncomfortable environment. The lack of soundproofing and the overall run-down state of the motel made it clear that the owners have little regard for the comfort of their guests. The amenities advertised on the website were also a major disappointment. The WIFI does not work whatsoever. I had to walk across the street to connect to the public library if I wanted internet. Never did I get offered fresh towels, or toilet paper. I had to come get them myself every single time. Just to receive attitude from the same dude who checked my in. To top it all off, the customer service at this motel was abysmal. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I was met with indifference and was told that there was nothing they could do. It was clear that they were not interested in addressing any of the issues I had with my stay. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against anyone staying at the City Center Motel in North Bend, Oregon. The lack of cleanliness, noise level, and poor customer service make it a completely unacceptable place to spend a night. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different place to stay in the area.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in beds. Have stains and ripped and torn on both beds. Black mold in the top of the corners above the shower holes in the wall door barely shuts right tweakers when I show up to enter my room knocking on other doors with shopping carts, wall looks like swish cheese floor is sticky. Beds have dirt on them.No shampoo.No conditioner, when I asked for it, the guy looked at me like I was a r*****Gonna try to get a different hotel for tomorrow Plus musty smell when you go into the front desk. There was nothing good about this hotel.Other than I could see my truck or I got to park.Thank god I brought my own Soap
