I recently had the opportunity to visit the Citrus Surgery Center in Orlando, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The friendly and professional staff set the tone for a pleasant and stress-free visit. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the office was well organized and efficient. Despite the number of people they were attending to, the staff took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. It was clear they genuinely care about their patients' well-being and understand the importance of providing personalized attention. After my procedure, which went smoothly without any complications, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up text the morning after. This shows a level of commitment and dedication to their patients that is commendable and reassuring. Overall, my experience at the Citrus Surgery Center was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Their focus on patient care, along with their professional and efficient approach, truly sets them apart as a leader in the healthcare industry.

This is my second visit within 10 years to this surgery center for a procedure. The quality of patient care is excellent, all the staff members I interfaced with are compassionate, knowledgeable professionally personable and, patient. I guess all in all you can say I felt the care. Not to mention that my doctor, Dr Aggarwal is amazing with all the same qualities. The center is very clean, and the front desk staff are efficient. Thank you all!

My experience with Citrus Ambulatory Surgery was beyond my expectations!! Especially Nurse Tiffany. She was very kind and professional, made me feel very comfortable with everything. I was very nervous about having my procedure done but she made me feel safe and I will never forget her kindness and compassion. Thank you !!!!

The lady I dealt with prior to going to the surgery center was very rude and made me feel like dirt about making a payment for the service . I wasn't trying to get out of paying but I'm the only one working in my house whole but her advise was to cancel my procedure. But the day of my procedure the lady checking me in and anesthesiologist and the lady in the procedure room were amazing !! As well as the sweet lady in recovery they took my fear away and made things great for me!!! Thanks again for those that made my experience better.

Staff was very nice. And the place very clean. My appt was at 9. They called me at around 10. They should have somebody tell us that they are running late but besides that staff and nurses very nice.

The customer service was extremely poor. The front desk agent( I think her name was Ange) was very rude and unprofessional. I was on line to check in for my appointment, she looked at me and ignored my presence and then attempted to assist the person behind me. I allowed this without saying anything. After waiting for an hour i went back to ask her a question as to the time I was waiting. She did not allow me to finish asking my question and got up and walked away. The other person working with her came over and started to apologize profusely and asked if she could help me. Ange need to have additional training as she does not have the professionalism to work at a front desk dealing with patients. She also got into a confrontation with another patient after me as well. The medical staff in the back was courteous and very professional. I am on the fence as to whether I would recommend this facility with Ange still working there.

I was pleasantly surprised the day of my procedure to receive a call for an earlier time! Check in with the lady who checked me in was nice. The other lady seemed a bit stressed out. The nurses were very nice and supportive. It did seem a bit rushed to get me out after my procedure. My boyfriend said that he heard his name when my procedure was finished, however he was in the bathroom. When he came out he asked the receptionist who had called his name and after she ignored him for some time, she finally answered "Nobody called your name." So, he sat down and the office called his phone and told him I was ready. Clearly the receptionist did not want to assist.

Another reviewer said they treat you like family and I agree. From the office staff checkin, to arrival (thanks nurse Lisa!) to recovery everyone was warm, nice, and even funny at times. That really helped the uncomfortable situation to already nervous patients like me. Although there are patients constantly coming and going, I felt like I was cared about and taken good care of. The only aspect I'd change: I wish I would have been in and out quicker. I arrived 1 hour prior to procedure time as directions stated, but my procedure started 30 mins late. So I was hooked up to an IV awaiting to be taken back for about 1 hour. After a 30 min procedure and then recovery, my total time spent there: 2.5 hrs.
