Citon Computer Corp. began operating in Duluth, MN in 1994 focused on customized computers. Since then, Citon has expanded its business portfolio to include managed services, live helpdesk and a variety of cloud solutions, among others. Citon has had offices in Eau Claire since 2015, but our roots and several members of our local 20+ member team extend back nearly 30 years… to ComputerLand of Eau Claire. In addition to the Citon team, we'd also like to introduce our data cabling services & installation team at NetTel Communications, our video and physical security team at NetGuard Security Solutions and our on-premise and hosted business phone system team at TLX Communications. Together, we provide expertise in all areas of technology.

Frustrating. I had a tech who didn't really take the time to listen to what I was saying the problem was. They basically just installed the software, which i had already tried several times. The minute they were finished- the printer fired. Five minutes after the call ended, the problem re-surfaced. Then billing- why require a credit card then send a separate invoice? Why can't they just run the charge on the card they collected? What is the sense of that? They remoted into my machine fine. It's better than getting some hacker I guess. Cheaper to buy a new printer.

Very professional company that is a well rounded and skilled computer support company. They have very skilled and helpful staff waiting to assist your needs.

They gave me great service and the staff was super nice and helpful, even though I'm an idiot 🤣
