Love this disc golf course! Great for beginners, not many trees, no poison ivy and not too busy.
I absolutely love Citizens Park! It's extremely clean, dog friendly and I saw 2 playgrounds. Plenty of benches and nice trails with inclines. I felt safe walking with my granddog and alone. I go often.
The shiney foil of the hundreds if not thousands of blunt wrappers poking out of the piles of last year's wind swept leaves is quite lovely. The shattered glass fast food bags candy wrappers and red capped fireball shot containers in the parking lot is another nice little splash of color not to be missed. Another point of interest are the spotless trash cans. Rumor has it not one piece of trash has ever been placed inside.
I enjoy this park. It has great baseball diamond and home of the Little Devils youth football program. They have a place to by concessions. Personally. I have done sermons and motivation talks. It's a great place to clear your mind and reflect on God's beautiful nature he created.
Had Great time seeing The Phil Collins Tribute Band there well groomed area & clean Bathrooms!!
A very nice secluded park! Citizens Park was pretty clean overall. There are many different options to entertain the kids, or yourself. There's disc golf course, playground, fields, hills, a little creek, walking trail, and a bike park area. The bike park has four different ramps/transitions. It is empty every time we stop by the park. So, we use our skateboards on it. There is a lot to offer families here.
Played disk golf here was clean and loads of fun!
I have been to this park twice to play disc golf & it is one of my favorite courses. The course is very detailed. The rest of the park looks enjoyable as there are multiple playgrounds & softball fields. It has a walking trail that does need repaving but overall it is a really good park.

Wonderful short hike just off the town. No parking facility, and I am not sure if that is a good thing or bad. Itâs definitely worth the extra effort to reach on foot. I saw a snakeð. I encourage everyone to go.
