Probably the most unique hotel we've been to. The lobby is clean and vibrant with artsy displays. The rooms were clean and unique. Everything inside the room can be controlled from an ipad, and the comfy bed is big enough for 3 people. The staffs, especially Peter, were very welcoming. Since it was our first time here, Peter gave us a lot of advise/suggestions on places to visit and things to do around the Bay. Overall, we had a nice experience and will definitely book again when we're back.

I had an amazing time at citizenM for a business trip. The hotel is very high-tech: check-in and check-out are done yourself at kiosks (though there's always someone there to help if you need), and each room has an iPad that can control the temperature, blinds, TV, etc. I enjoyed using the iPad to order food and drinks. The room was very comfortable with a great view. I also really enjoyed the gym and breakfast options - the barista made me a delicious flat white. The artistic vibe of the hotel was great, too. Amazing staff! Our company did an impromptu happy hour at their bar to celebrate a milestone. Fabian was great at the bar and made our group a ton of drinks while making sure we had everything we needed. He made a gorgeous blueberry drink that we ended up ordering all throughout the night. Never heard of the hotel chain until coming here but he said they have locations throughout the country. Hope the staff is as nice as him! Location is great for nearby after work events. We saw other groups from Meta having a good time so the atmosphere was chill and friendly. Patio area is so great for large groups. Beautiful area to hang out for a long time and the drinks are priced really well. The staff offered better hospitality than hotels that cost twice as much. Only wish they had better sharable food options. Pizzas and nachos were okay but small. I'll be sure to check out their NY location next month.

We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights here and were pleasantly surprised. This hotel exceeded our expectations with how comfortable, clean, and inviting the whole stay was. All of the elements were so modern: the lights and TV could be controlled from an iPad, the shower and toilet were easily functional with the push of a button, etc. Peter, our host, gave us an awesome warm welcome and great recommendations that made our 2 days in San Francisco an enjoyable time. As my partner has mentioned previously, we were glad we chose this hotel and definitely will choose it again on our next trip back to San Francisco. P.S. Give Peter a raise, he makes amazing drinks and is great to talk to!!

The hotel is right across the street from MPK23, which is super convenient for me, traveling alone on a business trip. The staff are all extremely helpful, relaxed, professional, and accommodating. I felt cared for. The common areas are ultra cool, with a distinct silicon valley tech vibe. The pac man arcade game took me right back to the 80s. In addition to drinks, the bar serves food (the pizza & empanadas are delicious) Outside, there's a spacious deck with couches, large shades, lounge chairs and an airstream food trailer serving beer & hot dogs. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, it's a great place to decompress over a cocktail with your mates after work. The room is awesome. It's designed for 2 people. It's silent..no noises from neighboring rooms. The large king bed is extremely comfortable.. All the lighting, TV, temparature, and blinds (day blinds and black-out blinds) are controlled through a small Ipad. The internet speed is super fast & the TV has an easy-to-use chromecast feature to stream your own services. I really enjoyed playing with the mood-lighting colour, which gives the room a comforting glow. The red mood helped the whole setup feel like I was hanging out on a space station. If you want to see the evolution of Hotel... I highly recommend Citizen M.

I love staying here when I am in the area. It's my go to hotel. Staff is great, entire place is clean clean clean, rooms are small but high tech and exactly right for me. Seems simple but even all the button for the lights are in the right places... so frustrating to finally get into bed at a larger place and have to jump up to go to the door to turn off the main lights. Auto curtain and BLACKOUT shade (from a beside button) and the blackout is literally no outside world gets in. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Tianna and Kobe did amazing!!! Served is drinks and hospitality. They are fun people and know how to welcome you in! Talk converse and more. Definitely would 10 out of 10 recommend. Served drinks and recommend so many nice options.|They never fail each experience is special.

This hotel is pretty close to Meta headquarters. And it provides free bike rental to commute to the office, which is just 10 minutes biking way. The room is fancy and fully controlled by an iPad mini. The insulation is excellent, I didn't hear any noises from the road in the nigh. The service is wonderful. After checking out I stayed a while for meetings. A front desk, Peter, helped and even offered a meeting room for me. The only con maybe there is not too much convenient stores near by. It will be great if the hotel could have a convenient store to sell some life necessaries.
