Citi Lakes - Apartment building in Orlando - 12024 Meadow Bend Loop, USA

Honest review. I had to give living here some time before reviewing. The apartments are very quiet, all of the leasing agents have been pretty nice. I chose this place because of the Agent Andrew, he was so nice and welcoming. It felt like home versus a leasing agent just doing their job. Maintenance request gets fulfilled pretty fast, 48 hours at the most. The parking here is pretty tight, you may or may not get right in front of your building. The shape of the apartment is pretty good as far as plumbing, appliances etc. my biggest cons with this place is what you pay. I paid a very high deposit as well as having to pay a $150 “sure deposit” which states in the sure deposit that you don’t have to pay the actual quoted deposit but they still made me do both. They also charge you a “bill fee” on top of your utilities. I’m not sure if this has to do with the new bill that was passed to avoid having to pay a deposit at move in but this complex is definitely getting over with this deposit thing. Your rent will actually be an extra 100+ on top of your quoted lease. I have made a beautiful home out of this place but when my lease is up, I will not be renewing.

yet another amazon package stolen. this has happened throughout the entirety of my lease here. nothing about this apartment complex is as advertised or as one would expect. packages are stolen from your door step, valet trash is inconsistent at best, neighbors are loud and confrontational, management is dismissive and unresponsive, maintenance is slow and incapable. i would not suggest this complex to anybody. you will 100% regret moving here. edit: added video of the “secure” mail room, left open around the clock with packages out in the open. the exit sign has been dangling with wires exposed for as long as i’ve known. hallways have trash in them, spills, pests, you name it.

I had an incredible experience at the Citi Lakes apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by how I was greeted right away by Miguel. Miguel walked me through everything from the location and showed me how it was perfect for me since it’s close to everything I need, which was huge for me. The community itself was stylish, well-equipped, exceptionally clean, accommodating, and the amenities provided really caught my attention. I will definitely be moving here! Also the fact that the staff had great customer service and answered all my questions really showed that you guys care about your residence.

since moving to a Orlando it has been real hard to find a complex that seems like home but this one is it. It always looks good here. The staff is organized the GM Alyssa is definitely saving grace. Definitely makes this the ideal place to be!

Toured the community with my sister and we absolutely loved. Kaitlyn was very informative and had such a great personality. We absolutely love the pool and grilling area. I can’t wait until we can move in next year.

Since Sierra came to this complex all is changing to better! She is very compromised with her job! All looks pretty nice since she is here! Thanks Sierra for all yo do! And the rest of the team!

The maintenance crew is always willing to help and welcomes you into the community. They converse with you like you are an old friend that they are catching up on old times with. Jesus always welcomes you and ask about your day. He stays positive even when the work isn’t fun. He makes everyone feel special and that they are important. He is one of the best.
