The park was great! Nice sized spots, quiet, lots of trees! Check in was easy, the staff was very nice. The dog park was great!!! Location to town was wonderful although a little difficult to exit because of traffic. |Our ONLY issue were the bathrooms. During our 3 day stay, the garbages were not emptied and the contents were not pleasant. In addition, in order for my shower stall to drain, I had to remove the large hair clog. There were Clorox wipes on the sink so that helped but not as much as a thorough daily cleaning.

This was a good location if you want to go to Cannon beach or Seaside and cannot get a spot actually in Cannon Beach. This place is affordable , clean and has lots of amenities. We booked last minute and got a spot dry camping which was fine for us because we still had water, electricity, a picnic table and fireplace. We used the shower facilities and bathroom which were always very clean. They had a fan to keep the bathroom humidity at bay but could have benefited from a stool for children to wash their hands. They have a theatre / movie room which was awesome - you’re supposed to sign up with the front desk but their hours are limited and there is no marker to write on the whiteboard to make a reservation so we just went in after we knew the code and hoped no one else was in there. They have commercial grade laundry facilities -2.50 for washer and 2.00 for dryer (30 mins). The laundry, bathroom area, and movie room are all code protected. We didn’t find this campground particularly child friendly. It felt more child tolerant which was better than nothing in my opinion given our last minute reservations. It seemed very dog friendly and the dog owners were respectful.

Such a lovely pit stop on our way down the coast! Lovely host and neighbors. Everything you need in a pinch at the store. Becca and Ruth were exceptional hosts 😊 oh and can't forget about mew the trailer park kitty 😻

The spaces are far enough apart one has a sense of community with privacy!! Very quiet campground. I loved it that grass and flowers were so beautiful. The campground had complete amenities available. There was an additional area that one could dry camp on!! I can clearly see myself doing that for a short stay. the area there had even more space between campers. A real sense of quietness. Somehow since it is close to the road, I thought it might be noisy. but it wasn't. The back ins were very easy to do unlike some other places with nicely level places. We enjoyed ourselves there very much.

This is a REALLY nice rv park. Very clean, very quiet. We had a full hook up spot in 13 and it was perfect. If you are using a non hookup spot you are on grass and next to the road. Loved the dog park and how clean everything was. Close to town, all around a great place. Price is high and we probably would’ve skipped it had it not been a last minute booking and options were limited. It seems the high price keeps the riff raff away, the park was filled with families and older people all in beautiful rigs. Felt very safe here. They have a movie theater that we unfortunately didn’t get to use, but I would stay here again. I didn’t think there was such thing as a high quality RV park, but it appears this is it.

We stayed in the overflow dry camping for two nights. We paid for a site for 2 nights. On Saturday we came back from hanging out at Seaside to find that they put someone next to us, IN our site. We questioned the office about this and they were rude about it. They kept saying we’re weren’t using our whole site. We paid for that site so it’s our choice to use all or part of our site. They kept saying they didn’t have anywhere else to put them yet I saw them turning away people that stopped in to see if they had open sites. Why didn’t they tell these people they were full instead of putting them in our site. They finally agreed to give us another picnic table since that and our fire pit were taken away from us. Very unprofessional of them to do this without talking to us first. On their written rules paper that they give you at check in, it states that you cannot burn your own wood, you have to buy wood from them which was $8 for a small bundle. We spent so much money buying their fire wood just to find out on the last day that you can indeed burn your own wood.

Very nice rv park with lots of areas with no service's if you are looking for. The only issues we have is that there is nobody cleaning washrooms daily. Women's washrooms, the women here do not know how to flush toilets. Great location not far from beaches. Nice people running it.

I called in last minute, and they still had a spot available. The showers are clean. There is a coin laundromat, but I didn’t have enough quarters and the office was closed. The night was very quiet, just the sound of waves and birds. The river is very steep, not really visible, we had a great stay.
