Cinnabar is 5 stars across the board. The atmosphere screams NYC vibes, the drinks are perfectly mixed and the food is some of the best I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration. I came expecting a lot and walked out blown away. My last meal would be the crispy rice, outrageous.
Heard so many good things about this place and we finally had to chance to try it. The food is absolutely amazing! We loved everything we tried. The presentation of each dish and the atmosphere was also phenomenal. We recommend this place and will definitely return to try out all their other dishes.
Cinnabar is truly THE place to be. Located in Massapequa, Cinnabar encompasses the incredible dining culture of Asia. This restaurant is offering an eclectic selection of Chinese Cuisine as well as an extensive cocktail bar and sushi bar. The interior decor is absolutely stunning and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Cinnabar is providing the most captivating, elevated dining experience that will make your night even more memorable. I’m so obsessed with this spot and I know that everyone who tries it will be too!
Very cool restaurant with a huge wow factor for my husband’s birthday dinner. Food and drinks were so creative and tasted just as amazing as they looked! Our waitress was so nice and made great recommendations. There were no leftovers!

Spot On! Found this hidden gem last evening and it was actually Grand Opening. I grew up in Massapequa so had to check out this new Asian restaurant since we had mostly takeout American Chinese back then! I was amazed at everything about this Modern Asian establishment serving both fusion Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Also the decor is very trendy and hip so great place for taking a date, celebrations and mingling with friends! Service was superb even know it was first day open to the public especially friendliness and very helpful with suggestions for our desired palettes. I will definitely recommend giving Cinnabar a visit and you also will be back for many more visits.
The food and interior of the restaurant is beautiful. The staff was nice and great. The restaurant can get filled quickly, so it is good to reserve seats in advance. No other complaints.
The food was surprisingly good, my favorite dish was Mala chicken. The only dispointing dish was roasted duck. The cocktails was great, must try.

Red Chop sticks in my new favorite Chinese takeout! The egg-rolls and wantons were unique in that the dough tasted of egg. Like they were freshly made.
