Cinemark Pearl and XD - Movie theater in Pearl - 411 Riverwind Dr, USA

The people are always nice. Trolls was a great movie! The women and men restrooms had STRONG ordors. After the movie we went to play the arcade games and I lost 4 dollars not knowing the machines were broken. I went to the front counter and told the employee the machines were broken. She replied with you have to call the 1-800 number. So i asked if they would at least put out of order signs on the 6 machines that were broken and she said no. So sad that many others will lose money when they try to play the games.

The lines were slow considering all the employees they had. As far as hot foods, they were out of several items. The auditorium itself and bathrooms were very clean. The employees had good customer service considering their hot foods was lacking and customers being unhappy on leftover choices.

Cinemark is my theater of choice when I'm home. We saw "The Color Purple" in XD. Purchased tickets online through Fandango, (reserved seating) and scanned my QR code once inside. Reclining seats to enjoy the HD experience are always a plus, but my seat didn't work properly today. That didn't diminish the experience. 😊 The restroom needs more attention when the crowds are large, and during holidays. My stall had no tissue. Thankfully, there was no line after the movie ended, as it was a matinee. On the plus side, the aroma of fresh, hot, buttery popcorn hits you at the door! YUM! 🍿🥤 Pre-order your goodies in the app to skip the line. Enjoy the movie!

We arrived at the theater at 3:25 for a 3:40 movie. I’ve stood in line for 20 minutes now to get concessions for my family and will miss at least 10 minutes of the movie we paid to see. We had a similar experience when we came to see Barbie, so unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. I know your staff works hard, but please try and develop a more efficient concession system as each customer averaged about 6-7 minutes to be served.

The price for the movie was fair. The movie played and sounded great. The cleanliness of the theater was lacking. I wish I had sanitizer wipes. The seats were sticky and there was food on the floor. The staff was friendly, but not being to have better food options for a 12pm showing was disappointing. Also they may want to make sure that parents keep their kids close. I saw a little girl maybe about 5 or 6 walking by herself down the hallway with no parents in sight. This is a risky situation. js

It was the first time visiting this theater and it was really nice. Seats comfortable with plenty of leg room after being reclined. Popcorn and drinks are pricey as always.

This theater has always been my choice over the one in Madison MS. However, it missed the mark today! I took my 3 teenage cousins to see Renaissance and I was totally disappointed. I told them what a nice theater it was with the reclining seats; Well, 1 of the seats didn’t recline (J8) and the bathroom closest to (17) apparently had a commode ???to overflow as the stall had water in one of the adjoining stalls, no paper towels or hot water for hand washing. There wasn’t any posters advertising Renaissance whereas pictures could be taken yet one for Trolls and a smaller one from the Taylor Swift movie. Most disappointing!!!!

No major issues. Godzilla was great, no complaints on the movie audio or video. Concessions management could use some work. Lines were long, not efficient at all. Right after I paid for my food, one of the managers called out an employee that had a register open, but wasn't serving customers. That could use some improvement.
