Cinderella Motel - Motel in Hollister - 110 San Felipe Rd, USA

This place should get shut down for screwing their customers! i rented 2 rooms and got charged for 3. I am disputing this with my credit card company. i called the man at the desk after i noticed the extra room charge and he told me if it was my fault there would be no refund but it they were at fault hey would refund my 100 bucks. How can it be my fault if they charged me for an extra room I did not rent! This place is a sleaze pit! Shame on me for wanting to save a few bucks insead of going to a respectable motel. The rooms are clean but nobody deserves to get a hose job like this. Beware of these creeps! 2weeks later and these crooks still have not refunded my money. I'll get it back thru my credit card company. Its just a real pain in the butt!

Do they give a Zero for unethical behavior? I dont know what I paid after I got through! I got charged for 3 rooms when i rented two. I got charged deposits for 2 rooms which got refunded when I left. They never took off the 100 dollar charge for the 3rd room I never rented! i called and the man at the desk said, if the fault is on your end we cant help you but if its on our end you will get a refund. How could this be my fault? I didnt ask for a 3rd room but got charged for it! I will never again stay in a joint like this because I thought I could save 20 bucks or so. The room was clean but it sure as hell better be if you are going to overcharge me, and 2 weeks later you have done nothing about it! Warning!!! This place will rip you Off!

Super Nice people running the hotel here. I think family owned and operated. Cut me a great deal for staying over two weeks and even allowed me to park my trailer here as well. Room is clean and cozy, has natural gas radiant heat which I actually really like because there is no fan noise or air blowing on your face all night. Doesn't have a bathtub, but that is actually a good thing in terms of helping conserve resources. For travelers on a budget, great deal!

I spent a week here. I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and very nice. The manager was wonderful through my visit and very friendly! Housekeeping came in daily and did a great job. I was recuperating from a minor surgery and didn't leave the room too much.The price was great I will definitely be back!

The woman that runs this place is awful. It’s a wonder they have any customers. Threatening a customer whose in a wheelchair ten minutes after checkout. You’re going to call the police if they don’t get off the property immediately? I won’t give this business another penny of my or my family’s money.

This is a very cute, family owned motel. The buildings are pretty old but the rooms inside are fairly up to date, and extremely clean (tile floors instead of carpet helps with that a lot). We stayed there after our RV site was washed out by the March 2023 rainstorms (don't worry, the only thing we lost of value was a fancy gas grill😀 Speaking of grills, the motel has a pretty nice gas grill and picnic area in the parking lot, and the pool looked very inviting, though it was a touch too cold to really think about using them. Oh, and the Cinderella is also dog friendly! Though be aware that if you're not, the owner does have a couple dogs of her own that she keeps in the back, and when they're out, they are a bit barky. That said the one dog I actually met while checking in was super friendly, and very excited to meet new people! All in all, if you're looking for an inexpensive, but comfortable place to stay in Hollister, I highly recommend the Cinderella.

From the road, this hotel isn't a magnet by external appearance. But it is a great place! It is well-maintained and clean. I paid only $65 a night for a nicely decorated room that was clean, quiet and pleasant. Parking is easy and because of the parking lot layout, you park just outside your room for easy access. The heating is good, the bathroom has everything needed and has plenty of space, and the bed is comfortable. Pets are allowed and night-time traffic noise is minimal. I had no sense that the hotel grounds or immediate area is unsafe. I found out about this place from a local business employee when I asked if there is a reasononably-priced hotel that is safe, clean and close to restaurants and other businesses. His referral was spot on.
