I called Cinch after working most of the day, then my software timed out while I was working on something else. When I came back to the software I wasn't able to get back in since the server still recognized my last session as still active even though I couldn't get into it again. I called and Chris in short order get the server to log me out and then back in . As we were talking I had a couple more questions come to mind that I asked him to look at. He handled each of those requests with skill and a pleasant conversation. All in all all of my issues were fixed and one of them held for future standby as it was a much deeper issue to resolve and would likely effect the rest of my company server. I will say that My experience was 10x better than my previous IT support company and things actually got fixed in real time.

Very helpful, my issue took a little bit, but the expert kept me updated until my issue was resolved. The guy was very pleasant to work with. :)

David at Cinch IT is tenacious when it comes to solving tough problems. I have thrown some doozies at him lately, and he keeps with it until we are back up and running PLUS he shows up in-person to our satellite branches! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I am glad to have Cinch on our side not only to solve problems but keep us safe from cyber threats in the banking world. The Cinch IT help desk is also extremely responsive and good at routing issues to the right tech for speedy resolutions.
