I have lived here three years and absolutely love it! The office staff is very kind and professional. They always make you feel welcome when you call or go to the office for some thing. I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment and the on-site transfer was a very easy process. Maintenance also takes care of issues in a reasonable time. It is an older property, but things are kept up very well. The monthly rent is a good price for the quality of the property. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here for 4 years. I ABSOLUTELY love it here. The office staff is amazing and anytime I have had any issues maintenance is always quick to respond. It is located in a perfect spot, close to shopping, food and for me, my job. I plan on being here for a long time.

The office staff is wonderful. So friendly and very helpful if you need anything. If you have a maintenance issue they are very quick to respond and have it taken care of as quickly as possible. I’ve really enjoyed living here. Also Ainsley is the best!

My aunt moved to Cimarron Trails a few months ago and absolutely loves it!!! Everything about it has been great! The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and so nice!! The grounds are also very well-maintained. We are so happy to have found such a great place!!

My wife and I have lived here for a year and love it! The area is nice to be in and the staff are great. We recently decided to move in to a bigger apartment and the office staff made the process easy and quickly addressed any hiccups in the process.

Clean, nice place to love. Maintenance is fairly quick. On site laundry facilities are a bit expensive, but convenient. Pools are nice plus!

The office people are so sweet and the matinance guys are always so kind and resourceful and it may take some time to get things done but if it's an immediate attention needed ordeal they are always on top of it to get it fixed for ya.

I’ve lived here for two years and after living in three other complexes in Norman, this is by far the best one I’ve lived in. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and maintenance is quick and effective. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath unit and I love it. Other people have mentioned it, but I can’t leave out the closets; they’re HUGE. My last apartment had a smaller kitchen than one of these closets. I had to have maintenance over a few times, but only once for a serious issue. My shower’s tile board had fallen apart and tiles were collapsing into the wall. The maintenance man worked all day for three days to replace the entire wall of tile and now it’s better than it was when I moved in. The neighborhood is also a huge plus. I love living so close to a good selection of grocery stores and the Neighborhood Walmart, which is essentially right across the road, typically has the cheapest gas in the area. My only complaints: one of the bedrooms in the 2 bedroom unit doesn’t have a ceiling fan and since all of the three bedroom units are one end of the complex, parking tends to be very limited in the area around my building. Aside from that, I highly recommend living here. It’ll definitely be my home for the foreseeable future.
