Cicis Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Brooksville - 12109 Cortez Blvd, USA

So I dont usually leave reviews but there has been a huge improvement and had to acknowledge the location/manager. I moved to Spring Hill about 2yrs ago and have been going on and off but not very often due to the location being a little dirty and pizza not always hot out of the oven. My son that's 11yrs old even noticed how clean the restaurant has been the past couple times and how the food is always clean and hot out of the oven. They have a young lady as the manager there and it looks like ever since she has started the restaurant has done a total 360. You can tell she takes alot of pride in having the restaurant be presentable and clean for the guests. She always has a smile and will cook anything you ask for without any question. She makes sure the pizza is fresh and even checks that the spatulas are facing the guest every couple minutes. This place is doing great, keep it up.

Wow, they had new pizza today. It was heavenly. It was like a Chick-fil-A sandwich on a pizza; spicy chicken and pickles. They will have it for the next 6 weeks.

The price is very affordable. If you are craving pizza 🍕, this is the place to go. They have multiple varieties to choose from. They also have salad 🥗 and soup 🥣 to complement the pizza 😋

I was in town for work and, while out running in the evening, saw this CiCi's and decided to go for dinner. As a while, the staff was efficient and friendly, the pizza was perfectly cromulent and tasty, and the restaurant was clean. But when the manager on duty, Justin, asked if I wanted any particular kind if pizza, I asked him for a BLT pizza. He said they don't have one, but he said he would create one for me - and he did! He brought it out to my table, hot out of the oven with fresh shredded lettuce on top, and it was outstanding! Kudos to Justin and his crew - they deserve a huge shout out!

First, the cost - 2 Adults and 2 kids.. All you can eat for less than $40 is fantastic. Second, the Service - Justin and Julia were exceptional. They offered ' If you want us to make you something ' and then cheerfully did. I mentioned that the root beer was out and they refilled it almost instantly. Third, the Food - Perfectly adequate. They are putting out ' Personal Pizzas ' in a matter of minutes. While I can't call the Pizza 'Exceptional'... it's certainly outstanding for the price. Fourth, the Atmosphere - Also adequate. They have a cute little arcade and a couple Tvs on the wall but a couple of the tables are loose and wobly I can see why they were having a hard time keeping the dining room clean with a Saturday night rush. All in all - Well worth the money and I would absolutely come again and recommend this place.

I was able to experience some variations of pizza like macaroni and cheese and tater tots and bacon. Their barbecue chicken pizza is better than any I have other tasted. Unlike most places their sweet tea is actually sweet and freshly brewed.

Very Friendly, Helpful, Courteous Staff. Very pleasant dining experience. Great low cost meal for the family that's all you can eat and you can order a pizza any way you like and have it delivered to your table.

Ok normally a place like this would get 3 stars, slammed busy, food is mediocre and unhappy employees. However there was a young man, maybe 16-25 short blond hair that was running this place like he owned it. Slinging pizzas, cleaning up, taking specialty orders, dropping off and engaging customers. This guy deserves a 5 star without a doubt. Gave a nice tip to him hoping he would take it for himself but even then took it to the tip jar. This guy deserves to be a manager at the least. Otherwise food was cicis good, better than it was 10 years ago but not crazy good. Great price though!
