Quintessential Italian! There’s so much to say about Ciao. Remarkable is the best I can muster when recollecting my times dining in. I’ve had lunch and dinner here many times but I was always over zealous when I received my plate. Finally, I took some photos! Our host was charming, and very attentive to us! Our chef seemed optimistic when curating our plates. They say our energy and mood transfer to the food we cook, if that’s so, then chefs joy and enthusiasm were what lifted out spirits afterwards. Everything from the service, to our meals was perfect. Ciao is absolutely a must see in the Tri, to this day thinking about the bolognese.
Update 10/27 - I had the lemon chicken for lunch and it was delicious! Well balanced flavor and not overly zesty. The sauce had a great body, the cheese made the dish well rounded.
Update 11/17 - My steak was absolutely delicious. Curated to perfection with the other flavor pairings.
The Lasagna Alla Bolognese was fabulous. My husband had the Santori Chicken, which was delicious. He was disappointed that they were out of gnocchi. We started with the Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread. We had the Torta Caprese for dessert, and 1our friends had the Tiramisu and the Cannolis. This is a no tip restaurant, so the total was the bill.
This place is truly a hidden gem. Fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, craft cocktails and wine pairings, and what may actually be the best flat bread we've ever had.
The price reflects the food quality and experience and isn't that much higher than olive garden or any other pasta place. We've lived in Tri-Cities our whole life and this is far and above the best place we've found.
Furthermore they pay their employees a livable wage and it truly shows in the service and respect of the employees.
Visited with my mom for dinner and it was such a cute new restaurant to us. We were not disappointed with the food. Amazing flavor in every bite! The service was great too, our server checked in multiple times. I had the spicy baked Mostaccioli and it was so good! I took my leftovers home and our server packed it up for me in a recyclable container which I always appreciate restaurants using. I plan to return and try their brunch.
What an authentic Italian experience! The mushroom raviolis are life changing! The cocktails were wonderful also.
I'm a Chef, and traditionally hard to please when I go out to eat. Everything at Ciao was FANTASTIC, and I don't say that lightly. From the flatbread to the Florentine to the coffee....I'm in love with this little Italian spot.
The Chef here balanced the flavors so well that my taste buds are already wanting me to go back. Thank you Ciao for giving my family a fantastic experience!
Had dinner here last night and the food was phenomenal! Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this little hidden gem in downtown Pasco. The lemoncello cocktail and lemon ricotta cake were to die for. Will definitely be back and have already told our friends and family to check it out!
If you want Italian food, this is the place to go.
We've visited 6 times now, and the quality and customer service continue to astound. I love the bread sticks, the lasagna, and the wedding cake. We have also had the canneloni, the mushroom ravioli, the spaguetti, etc. All the food has been tasty.
Please keep in mind that this is not Olive Garden. So, the food is a little more authentic and fresh than what we are used to in the Tri-Cities. If the first time the food doesn't meet your expectations, be sure to allow your taste buds to adapt and try it again. You won't regret it.
8/22 Another update Today i bought spaghetti with meat sauce. If you like spaghetti the next day your going like this. So good very flavorful. I made my famous garlic bread for it. 7/21 Update today I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and this mi
The food was what you would expect from a modern Mexican restaurant. It's location in the parking lot of Walmart is fine... plenty of parking and easy to get to. But what they truly nailed was the service. Checked in regularly and promptly, and al
From Start to finish, Last nights experience was exceptional. First we came in and our host was prompt to greet us at the door, Sarah, Remembered our preferences as to what kind of seating, who we preferred for our wait staff and immediately found us
I can't recommend the Moore Mansion enough. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning -- Sandrine, Lisette, and their team are INCREDIBLE.
I've been in 7 weddings and NONE of them went as smoothly as mine. Seriously, on your wedding day you'll feel

This place is a great little gem. The front desk are friendly and accommodating. The older lady that does the breakfast is amazing and super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice updated bathroom. They have a little rest
What an adventurous day! The kids loved it and so did I! Friday around noon it was a busy day. Lots of people but that's because it's a good fall farm to visit! There is lots of activities to enjoy and food to eat! Can't wait to go back!
