Love this gym. However, one staff member in particular: tall, extremely tatted, curly haired gentleman, follows me around everywhere. He then waits until he can get on me about breaking gym rules. First it was about having my bag out on the floor, which I was in the process of putting away in a locker. He did not approach anyone else about having their bag on the floor.
Yesterday the same staff member confronted me about why I didn't rack my weights? This was when I was in the locker room getting ready to leave. He found me & told me it was very "disrespectful." I had honestly forgotten to put them away. I had done 8 exercises and re-racked all my weights before that for my last set. This gym does have a problem with people not putting weights away. I am always happy to put away anything when approached & respectfully asked-but this was passive aggressive & immature. What feels "very disrespectful" to me is isolating one of the only minorities who frequent your establishment.
The lack of an inclusive & respectful environment from the staff is a major reason why I will no longer be coming back to this location. To my fellow BIPOC gym goers: I would think twice about working out here. They'll make sure you feel like you don't belong.
Been going here for a couple years now.
Staff is friendly. Prices are fair. So far, I've only used the weight area.
The sign up for yoga is a bit wonky, only allowed an hour before class starts, so it takes a double step on your end to get a class.
Outstanding facility with an amazing staff! Machines, floors, and locker rooms are always clean and well maintained. Can not beat the price and get same features as other local clubs for 1/2 the price! Class are phenomenal and instructors are best I have ever seen! Will be a continued member for years to come!
I have belonged to many large chain gyms over the years and this is by far one the cleanest and well maintained. Parking on the other hand ...is miserable. There is absolutely not enough parking for amount of memberships sold at this location. I'll absolutely be canceling once something opens up closer to Castle Pines/Rock. I come at the lower times and it can still take 20 minutes of circling if not more. I don't have 2 hours to waste finding parking and trying to get a work out in.
I always have a great time at this gym. The staff are chill and friendly despite having a lot to do with cleaning and attending to customer needs. The gym feels spacious. It feels like a super positive environment for people of all ages. The late morning to mid-afternoon are definitely the best times to go if you want to avoid the most busy times and have an easier time with parking (but that is all gyms). My only pet peeve is they tend to play more of this really low IQ music (simple beats, bad singing) from the 1980s during the earlier parts of the mornings, which, I assume is a bid to appeal to the older crowd. So, if you come in the early mornings, bring your own headphones or else you won't be able to operate your MacBook and tie your shoes after you leave. There was some good music made in the 1980s, but that is not the music that is being played during the mornings.

I'm a fitness professional (not affiliated with Chuze) and regular gym goer. I've been a member and instructor at various gyms in the local area, and I'd say Chuze Highlands Ranch is one of the better deals. Sure, sometimes parking sucks in on evenings during the week primarily due to the high school and after-work crowds, but that's to be expected with 99% of gyms in Highlands Ranch/DTC/Centennial.
I was previously a member at a much more expensive gym in the area that never had parking, equipment was not well maintained nor fixed when broken, and the facilities were smelly. I left because Chuze is a much better bang for your buck with reasonable pricing, and this location is clean, has a variety of equipment, spacious turf, good customer service, and well-rounded classes (if you're into group fitness).
Edit (I forgot to add): Sometimes you'll see a teenager on their phone, not working out at all, while they're sitting at a machine. Thankfully I haven't come across this issue often when I need to use a machine but I have no problem with politely asking to use a machine in these instances, never had a confrontation that went bad. But I could see this being an uncomfortable or unwanted confrontation for others. To management: maybe put up some signs to suggest limiting phone usage while on machines. May not fix the issue entirely but it could help.
Overall a great experience, staff is professional and the facility is clean. The only issue in any fitness club are the people who just sit on equipment and look at their phones. Going to workout should be fun and stress free, not argumentative and confrontational when you ask someone if you can work in.
Nice facility, but way too crowded. They must have oversold for the space. At peak times it could take you 15-20 minutes just to park. Also, it’s filled with a ton of high school kids taking up machines while they text, talk to each other, etc. Has potential but probably needs better management. Machines and equipment seem to stay out of commission a lot longer than I am used to seeing at other gyms.

My son has trained over the last 3 years with Ed, Brandon and Chris. âO.G.â as Ed says! His love of football has been supported with the implementation of sport specific strength and agility physical development from the guys at Moving Forward. M

I L-O-V-E this restaurant from top to bottom. I can admit that I have nearly had all the items on the menu. I come several times out of the week to dine in. I love music whenever I come into the restaurant. I food looks fulfilling to eat nearly every
Byblos Express pleasantly surprised me! The cozy ambiance, accompanied by soothing instrumental music, made for a relaxing experience. The service struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. The gyro lunch
