Churromania Westland Mall - Fast food restaurant in Hialeah - 1675 W 49th St, USA

Let me start by saying I come here very frequently. Even though they have new employees the customer service is great I love that they have new items they explain everything to you clearly the best coffee in all Westland Mall. everyone knows the Cheetos are good but the coffee is fantastic is what mostly brings me here. The lady in the front is super happy has a great energy and gets your order correct every time never had a problem highly recommend.🥰 the positive attitude they have is amazing and let me tell you it’s not easy, but the clientele that comes here, and the mentality they bring, but all is well. The service is fantastic.

Love churromania I want said that the staff is amazing 👏 n curious to the clients I always come with my grandchildren n the blond girl I think her name is Mayte is so nice as well as the ways in the back..I was there today n the where this lady in front of me so rude to ur cashier I had to said something .I don't know how she can have a smile after she was so mistreated. That is ur staff is amazing 👏

The worst customer service ever seen in a churromania! And I used to work in churromania long time ago. I got served by noemi today 4/30/23 at 6:32pm. She and the lady in the back have the worst of attitude, very rude. Serving people with a confronting attitude and bad face and arguing with customers in front of everyone. I usually give the tips after I receive my order, of course they got none. Very disappointed with this store.

I want to start by saying that this is the best Churromania that I have ever been to. Not only because of how delicious the churros are, but also because of their amazing staff. They were really nice and friendly. Also, the quality, speed, and accuracy of my order were awesome. Great food and great service I will definitely be back soon.

Great service and really nice and friendly staff. I usually don’t leave reviews anywhere but I went there yesterday for some churros for my pregnant wife and they did everything as I requested for her cravings. Amazing staff, we were extremely satisfied.
