5 out of 5 . What a charming place to stay!! From the moment we were greeted by Trecee to the beautiful decor and a|The wonder scent. Our bed was comfy, robes, refrigerator and microwave. What a gorgeous place and fantastic location. Cheers to the owner. She is doing an amazing job!

Staff is super nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Love that parking is secured. Hospitality is awesome. I had to check in late and they were very helpful in figuring out how I could get my key card. It is a little pricey, but I understand why. Will go back soon!

Wonderful weekend. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Able to relax. Staff are great, Tresia always greets us with a smile. Breakfast is a bonus, with homemade biscuits. And we are 1/2 a block from the river and shopping. Was our 3rd visit in less than a year to this boutique hotel. 5 stars!

I felt like I was from a different planet after reading the positive reviews & arriving at the property. We usually like small, independent properties, but when they fail to deliver what they are selling they need to be called out for it. The front desk lady was professional & pleasant & the property has excellent housekeeping which is always at the top of the list. Unfortunately, these are the only 2 positives I can offer. ||I read the glowing reports about breakfast, which is included in the room, & our reservation DID IN FACT clearly list "breakfast included". What the website fails to mention however, is that they give you a voucher for breakfast at a totally different location, which is around the corner & you have to LEAVE the hotel for breakfast. The $10 voucher also does not cover the cost of breakfast at the place where you are sent, since a basic breakfast of 2 eggs, hashbrowns, 2 bacon slices, toast & coffee is $14 with tax. The Inn is pleasant in appearance but has the thinnest walls we have EVER encountered at a hotel. We could actually hear the guests in both rooms on either side of our room, as well as their TV. They were NOT being loud but just carrying on a normal conversation, but we could hear every word. One guest apparently had a cold so we could hear every sneeze, cough, gag, nose blow, throat clearing throughout the night. In addition, rooms 104-108 face DIRECTLY into the parking lot next door & cars are only 4-5 feet from your room window (photo 6). So, every time a car comes or goes you hear the engine roar in your room. Drapes do not close (photo 5) & the only window covering is a pull-down shade, so rooms are not dark for light sleepers. For $200 dollars a night for a double, one should expect unstained furniture & bedding without holes (photos 3+4), as well as doors & furniture that are not banged, chipped & worn (photos 1+2). At least buy some furniture stain & cover the chips & scratches or consider lowering your rates. We wanted to like this place, but it failed on so many levels, except for the front desk personnel, that we will not return. Details matter & the owners/managers are ignoring them.

My family and I had a very pleasant visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and gathering areas are beautifully decorated and daily happy hour was a nice touch. There is also a nice sitting area on the balcony overlooking Church Street.

Loved our stay! It checked all the things that are important to me: central location, gated parking, clean room, friendly staff and beautiful decor. Will definitely stay here again.

This charming hotel is perfectly located for everything you would want to do in Natchitoches and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The staff is wonderful and had great recommendations for all of my meals. Definitely did not disappoint!

This is such a little cute place to stay but the things they do are so big. The decorations, the gifts, the happy hour, and especially the location. This was a great place to stay. Ohhh thanks for the ginger bread cookies.
