Single mom to 7 children and this is one of our favorite parks in the county. Clean park of rubbish and debris. Bathrooms are kept clean and trash is never over full. This park allows you to enjoy a variety of activities with your children like soccer, catch, excerise and family reunuins or birthdays.

Joined a group to practice fly fishing (casting practice). What a lovely little park. It's long and narrow (but not too narrow). Lots of room for kids to run around. I would think Frisbee would be great here or ball practice.
Parking is along the residential street. Kind of full. I didn't see a parking lot. Also, didn't notice any facilities like restrooms.
If coming from 126, that turn comes quickly and following the road around felt a little confusing (like I missed a turn or wondered if I was on the right street). Then there it was. (I hate Nav but did use it and still found it confusing. )
This is a nice park. Lots of smaller kids sports games/learning sessions are held here as there is a lot of open ground areas with plenty of sun plus quite a few trees for shade.
Playground equipment (swings, slides, etc.) for smaller children and some for a bit older. Wish there were a few more benches with shade.
It is very dark at night unless you stay on the sidewalk by the street, they could use more lights. But they do provide doggy bags and though we bring our own have had to use so appreciated.

Chumash Park at this time is a terrific place for family-only gatherings. Plenty of shade at all times of the day. Low hills surround the park for low-impact climbing, big area for three different sports routines. Plenty of dads playing with kids too. Responsible dog owners train and play with their dogs. The upper park has well-spaced picnic table areas with small grills. A quieter park experience for small group gatherings (discussion, etc groups).
Great family friendly park. The playground is great for little kids while the basketball court is in decent shape. Bathrooms are generally clean. The field is large and spacious, good for hosting events for the public. Overall a very good park.
This is a wonderful park I had a great time with my three little pups. Not really crowded nice walkways. being a senior Iâll look for that and I appreciate it. Hereâs some pics from yesterday.

Mission Park is located on Main Street across from Ventura Mission and next to Ventura Musuem. Although not a huge green space, it's large enough for kids to run around and for a picnic or bit of quiet time. Pick up picnic supplies at nearby Paradis

Captain, deck master, deck hand and guides were all very personable and professional. Really loved the experience boating to and diving around Anacapa Island.
Cavern Point Loop Trail was a brief loop for us. If I remember correctly, we headed back to the dock to ensure we didn't miss our ferry and cut through part of the trail by way of a private-looking road meant for park ranger use.

I don't know about this beach. I can't seam to catch any fish. Maybe my rod and reel are broken.
