Their hotel rate is cheap for the amenities it has .. the 5th top floor pool is amazing in its own.. I feel the willows is a great restaurant to take your wife too. I just hope this review shows my loyalty to the Chumash and helps them and their establishment.. and the pictures I took where mine just want to win that free play hot seat Wednesdays and wheel of winners on Thursdays

As always, we are greeted like family. The check in staff is great especially Rosio who always ensures we are well taken care of. The smash burgers at the food court as outstanding. Breakfast in the morning in the Cafe is great. Just wish the "HASHBROWNS" would still be in the menu. The gaming is plenty however, late evening you will deal with larger crowds and annoying button smashers. Disappointed that this still goes on. A couple of my favorites had broken buttons or no sound. Overall, I love this place and the staff is great.

Checked out the casino for the first time. Lots of machines and tables available. It was nice to see they had a No Smoking area to play the slots. Some machines had broken buttons which they should fix so people can enjoy every game available.

I last reviewed the Chumash Casino Resort Hotel in June 2022 and commented that major improvements were needed for both the rooms and amenities. I am happy to say that the room renovations are fantastic and the hotel is once again back up to the standard that we came to expect over our years of visiting. The new rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. Great job! The cafe has also reopened as Eggington's at the Cafe, although only open for breakfast and lunch. The food court has also expanded its hours for all of the stalls. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and that has not changed. I'm really happy that this can be our getaway hotel once again.|

Enjoy this Casino and hotel very much. Rooms are clean, nice and the staff is overall very friendly. The drinks are reasonable along with the food court however most anything else is a bit expensive. That's kind of expected for a Casino though. The pool is nice. It is best when the bar/restaurant is open.

Valerie Garcia, my casino host, has been awesome. She always makes sure me and my guests have the best accommodations and certainly the most fun time when we are there. This place is awesome.

This was my first time at this casino and I loved it! To begin the shuttle from the parking lot to the entrance was very safe and comfortable. My favorite part was walking thru the hotel. It is so gorgeous and the statues are breathe taking. Loved the casino and different food options. It was very clean and the atmosphere was great!

In October 2023 my daughter and I stayed at the resort and couldn’t be happier, except for the fact that they hadn’t opened the café yet. This was our six times staying there and every time we enjoy our stay. People are pleasant and rooms are always spotlessly clean.
