Chuckwagon Inn - Bed & breakfast in Fredericksburg - 1156 FM2093, USA

This is a wonderful inn just a couple of miles from downtown Fredericksburg. The innkeeper Becky and her daughter Hillary are friendly, helpful and make delicious breakfasts. The rooms/cabins are clean, comfortable and quiet. My wife and I were visiting the Hill Country for the first time in fifteen years and feel very fortunate to have booked this place. Becky and Hillary were so helpful in pointing out places to eat, visit and avoid.||This inn is a throwback to how travel should be. Not a cookie cutter chain. Not impersonable. We felt like we were visiting relatives/family (the good ones) and made to feel right at home. Will definitely book here again.

Me & my husband had a great time recently at the Chuckwagon Inn. The breakfast each day were delicious! It was so nice talking to Becky & her daughter Hillary while having breakfast. It was nice and quiet in the evenings. I slept so good during my stay there! The bed was so comfortable. Becky recommended places to see and do while we were in Fredericksburg. My husband, Ryan, and I came to Frdericksburg for a babymoon and we wanted some place quiet, away from the Main Street, with breakfast and the Chuck Wagon Inn met all those requirements! Becky and Hilary were wonderful and so accommodating. We had the most delicious breakfasts both days there and they left us full and ready to hit the road. Becky was a treat to visit with and was full of recommendations for drives to see the bluebonnets/wildflowers and for great places to eat! We cannot wait to come back and stay!

We selected Chuckwagon Inn Bed and Breakfast and the Bollinger Cabin as our accommodations for celebrating our 40th Anniversary. I highly recommend a stay here in the Bollinger. The bed was so comfortable in a separate bedroom and the living area is inviting with a kitchenette and fireplace. Breakfast is all from scratch - don't miss it! Coffee was delicious as it is the Innkeepers special blend and is ground fresh for the meal. December was a particularly lovely month to stay as the dining hall, grounds and cabin were all decked out. The inn is a few miles from Main Street but that didn't bother us at all. We always found parking. I think you will love this place. Kudos to Miss Becky and Miss Hillary for their delicious cooking and friendly hosting.

Loved the Chuckwagon! Sorry we missed our first day. We stayed in Becky's Kitchen. Great location if flying into Fredericksburg airport - quick bike ride. The breakfast was delicious! Miss Becky and her daughter were delightful. Loved hearing the history of the place and insights to Fredericksburg. Definitely stay again if out that way.

The best Inn we've ever stayed at! Our Innkeepers, Becky and Hillary, were a pleasure to get to know and breakfast was the best part of our day! Seriously, the best biscuits I've had and the eggs were fresh everyday! They made us feel so welcomed, but also gave us space and privacy. The room was adorable, cozy, clean and anything we could have needed was provided! The room was actually bigger than the pictures showed! I cannot express fully in words how wonderful our time was here. We will absolutely be staying there next time we return to Fredericksburg and are looking forward to future visits!

Very nice stay at Chuck Wagon Inn. Nice location away from the crowds but easy to get to town and restaurants. Becky makes a great breakfast and has lots of knowledge about the area and has good recommendations for places to visit and eat. Rooms are very nice and bed was comfortable. Even though it is near the airport, it is not a distraction, unless you are an airplane nerd like me. Be sure to meet Gus and Lily. We will be back.

The cutest little B&B in a perfect location to wineries in Fredericksburg or Main Street. Absolutely felt at home with Becky and her daughter. They made the most amazing breakfast every morning. Best biscuits of our life! Our room in “Becky’s kitchen” surpassed our expectations from the photos online. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back again for a stay and good conversation with Becky and her cute place!
