Chuck E. Cheese - Pizza restaurant in Stuart - 2400 NW Federal Hwy, USA

Wasn’t very pleased. Had my daughters birthday party here. Reserved my party online, got a call two days ago to confirm my order, and still at the party it felt unorganized (I thought it was going to be smooth that’s why I paid for the service) I was still asked and made to order everything again in front of all of my guests, and cut into our party time. Was told that at 3:00 they would bring the kids game cards they didn’t come out till 3:15, and as soon as 5:00 we were kicked out of the area. The cake I bought from you guys didn’t even look as pictured and was partly still frozen.. Chuck E seemed like he hates his job and had absolutely no enthusiasm and doesn’t fit for the job. My nephew went to grab his hand to dance with him and he pulled away. Two pitchers of drink came with my party package and was made to pay for cups to drink them which was $3 a cup. Wouldn’t go back to this location until they got it together.. the server was very nice though. Pizza was good But over priced.

Love taking my son here every week. He loves all the games and GM is very nice guy and helped out alot every time I go. Only thing I'd say to improve is some newer games or some games being broken down

We have been coming to this Chuckee Cheese for 14 years, as our kids are spread apart in age. It has never disappointed. It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have this location. I have been to a few other locations across the state and this one has always been, by far, the best. They recently remodeled and got new games and new booths and it looks fantastic! I am so happy they survived the pandemic!

We will not return! Have not been there since grown kids were smaller brought my grandbabies! Very expensive almost $70.00 for 1 pizza 4 drinks and 45 minutes of game time causing rushing and confusion! No coupons or bundles. Noone broke down how they did things with pausing the card and it ran while kids used bathroom.

We love taking our daughter here she absolutely loves it. Some of the staff can be kind of rude sometimes that's why I give it 4 stars. The they have beer that gave it an extra * the food is way overpriced we just go and play the games and eat lunch somewhere else. Good place to take a kid to wear them out for sure :-)

The children are in a safe environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The games are mostly non violent for the little ones. The place is clean. The food is reasonably priced and acceptable for special occasions. With the new online app you can get a lot of special deals and free food and ticket values that are much better. They now use passes as opposed to tokens which really helps out a lot with not having to carry around all those tokens anymore.

4 year old birthday party went perfect! Pizza was surprisingly decent. Prices were spot on, service was excellent! Highly recommended

AWESOME Good!! Just recently (Sunday) my family celebrated our daughter second birthday. Our sever name was Sofia and she was excellent. From make sure that our table was already set up and ready to go, to the food was hot and fresh. Our family loved it and our daughter was happy.
