The customer service at this location is really good. The manager helps you decide the best purchases to make and is very pleasant. You feel safe to allow your children to run and play. Parents/adults entering the building are stamped once entering the door with an ink that shows under a special light. Upon exiting the building with a child, the stamps on the child and the adult(s) accompanying them are checked. There are a nice number of games available for all ages and it's not too crowded. The location is very clean and sanitized constantly. The birthday showtime is very entertaining and the kids enjoy it! They also have a summer fun program that varies in price.
We went to have a birthday party, Staff was rude even to the kids, they were being so rude over a salad to the point where they were so focused on that they didn’t even handle customers. It took them over an hour to make the pizza for the party to the point where we order our own food and had to get a refund on the food we ordered with the party. I will not be returning these people are not professional. Tables weren’t clean and trash can open and the drink station was dirty. It took forever to get anyone up to the front to even check out.
I stopped by here today to check out their pizza. No games, no party, just pizza. They don't have menu prices for pizzas on the board so I asked the guy how much a medium supreme would be. He said about 25 bucks. I asked if he was sure cuz that seems a bit high and he double checked and it's actually $20.49 plus tax. He should be careful about quoting higher than the real amount cuz that might scare some folks away.
Anyways, I got the pie and dug in. It had a decent flavor and it had enough toppings. Surprisingly they use fresh mushrooms. I would expect a place that catered to kids to use canned mushrooms so that's a positive.
Overall it's a decent product but bordering on prohibitively expensive.
This establishment is very unprofessional and so is the manager “Lowe”. They made the wrong pizza for my children and the lady told us to take it and that they will make another one. After taking the pizza to the table, and my kids getting a slice, then a guy comes out and takes the pizza back and walks it back to the kitchen after being eaten on. They are all seen in the kitchen eating pizza. When I asked to speak with the manager about the situation, he wanted to tell me the lady has autism and that she can’t do social interactions. Nothing was wrong with the way that woman communicated and what does her being autistic have to do with anything. If that’s the case and the excuse he is going to use, he should put someone else in charge. I’ve never heard of a place giving you something that’s wrong, letting you eat it, then take it back. They don’t take food back through a drive through window when they make the wrong order and it’s been eaten on. Lowe was very unprofessional about the situation and so was his little employees sitting back laughing about the situation. He never had on a name tag, so he could really be giving me a false name.
Enjoyed this location! Nice clean! Excellent customer service. I wish the photos came out of the ride that Chuck E. Cheese is sitting next to you child in. You can buy point of minutes. If you by point you can split them between kids if you buy minutes you can not split them.
By far the better Chuckie Cheese in the LR area. Pizza was good and kids had a blast. Much better experience this go around. One game had an issue and before I left, I saw maintenance working on fixing it.
This Chuck-E-Cheese treated us very very very well. We planned a birthday party, and arrived on what we thought was the right date. It turns out we were at one week early, we had scheduled the wrong weekend. However, Chuck-E-Cheese did a fantastic job of taking care of us anyway they make sure that we had everything that we would have had at a birthday party, and although we didn't have a particular server assigned to us, one of their service took it upon himself to make sure that we were still attended to. With the massive amount of people that were inside of the store this treatment was a real surprise, and a real treat. If the server ever happens to read this, Benjamin thank you so much for making a great evening for us.
Awesome location to kill time with your kids. My nephew had a blast as so did I. I would of given you 5 stars if it wasn't for some of the equipment malfunctioning after we paid for the game .

Great tasting pizza and breadsticks, definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat! The place was empty when we arrived around 2pm on a Wednesday, the waitresses were nice.
As you can see the philly is loaded! Very good sandwich. Pizza was amazing. Prices went up though so the menu in photos is outdated. Definitely worth trying out. My kids said their burgers were better than anywhere else we went on our trip.
Afrobites is in the top class of food trucks. They offer safety and excellent customer service (which is hard to find nowadays). Their hours of operation are consistent, they're menu is easy to read and order from. They bring your order on a serving
