Overall our experience was very pleasant. Some of the games didn't work and were not properly labeled as such. My kids had a great time and that's all that really mattered. I did have a issue when it came time to redeem the points. The lady at the counter was distracted and shorted us some points. It wasn't until my daughter confirmed the count, told her what we started with and how much we used so far was the issue corrected. Overall everyone was happy and we had a great time.

I had an amazing experience hosting my child's birthday party here. The kids had a blast playing all the games their hearts desired during the time limit. It is such a safe space that the adults could enjoy being able to sit around and chat. The cheese pizza is delicious and the party drink cups the kids got were so cute. The staff was extraordinary! They blew up our balloons, with their helium tanks, when our tank was malfunctioning. So grateful for that! Our party coordinator handled setting/lighting the candles, cutting the cake plus making the birthday star feel special constantly! She had the kids fully entertained with song, dance and trivia. It was a super affordable price for everything included.

Okay so I want to make this review a thorough review. We come to this location multiple times a month. When we first came out a few months ago it was a clean and organized atmosphere. Recently it's been dirty, sticky and ran down like you wouldn't believe. In our recent visit there was soda all over a few of the machines that was just so stuck there from what look like weeks. A majority of the machines weren't working either. The salad bar had eggs that were turning grey in it and the rest of the salad bar was either mixed together or just incredibly old looking. The drink machine taste like it's incredibly old soda. And the floors are so sticky I felt like I was walking on a fly trap.. I've noticed when the older lady is working who I believe is the store manager the store is always taken care of. However when the younger employees work typically during the weekdays it seems as if nothing's being done. They are incredibly friendly however I just don't feel comfortable coming to a rather ran down environment for my kids to play. Hopefully this is something they can fix as a team so that this location can get the love that it truly needs.

The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. The facility looks a little outdated in some areas, but otherwise not all that bad and clean. The bathroom stalls have no privacy, you can clearly see who's using the toilet through the 1/2 in gap in the door. Pretty gross. They were clean though. It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. There's more games there than there is a jungle gym, which consist of just tunnels on the ceiling in one small area. There's a huge event area, with a stage and dancing Chuck E Cheese robots. Scared the piss out of my 4 year old, but all is good! lol. They do have a lot of various arcade games on both sides of the facility, meaning I believe one side is specifically set up for young kids and the other side is for older kids. There's plenty of seating throughout the entire facility, making it easy to find an area you enjoy the most and sitting by it. They have a lot of food choices and their salad bar looked amazing, other than flies making their way on the salad, it's the inevitable with open food. As a vegan family, there wasn't anything specific on the food menu for vegans, but we were able to customize a pizza with just sauce and veggies and get fries, only to find that when the food came out that the pizza was over priced for a few measly veggies and the "basket" of fries was more of a cup of fries. With a food package as seen in my photos, with unlimited drinks for 2 and a 120 points to play games for a family of 4 was about $64. Overall we had fun, but most games are too quick! 😂

Pizza is delicious. Service was quick and friendly. It got crowded fast. Food and drink are pricey. Cost of the points to use arcade were very reasonable

We attended a kids birthday party here and it was really fun. We got a 2 hour pass with unlimited game play for those 2 hours which was cool. The only thing that took a little longer than I had hoped was the line to pick out prizes in exchange for the tickets we won in those 2 hours. Overall great experience.

Kids love this place. Great for rainy days and sunny days alike. Food is great, very clean and friendly service.

The food is terrible, it gave me stomach pains for a day afterwards. The games aren't difficult for anyone above the age of 10, some of the games like Skee-ball weren't running because people put all the balls in one board. The prizes are definetely aimed at kids, none of them were interesting at all but it's a kids place so you can't expect much.
