Perfect weekend getaway! This Inn is quaint, cozy, and clean! The breakfast (which was included) was delicious! The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Great location too! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking was easy with plenty of spots! I Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are cozy and decorated with period appropriate furniture. The house has been beautifully restored and the breakfasts were creative and delicious! And there is a super cute coffee shop right next door. They are serious about the third floor though…don’t book a room up there unless you only have 1 bag with you. It’s quite a hike. 😅

The Christopher Dodge House was the most charming B&B I've ever stayed at, and I can't wait to come back! Every little detail was perfect. The room furnishings were so lovely, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and included a very nice variety, and the 24 hour hospitality room was just so thoughtful! I loved the history of the place, and it was a beautiful building, inside and out. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer. The people were also so kind and welcoming. What a special place. Thank you!

The wife and I were looking for an overnight getaway, chose Providence, and took a gamble on the Christopher Dodge House B & B. When we arrived, we were a little nervous about the neighborhood but all it took to alleviate our concerns was to enter the building (we also discovered the neighborhood while not matching the splendor of the Dodge House was quite safe). This is absolutely a beautiful place worth seeing, and they add a lot of little nice touches from cookies waiting in your room to snacks/drinks available for a dollar on the honor system. It was a major plus to find that a walk of less than a half mile brought us to downtown and any number of places to check out. ||The only negatives were that our TV did not work and despite being told the office was open until 930 PM, nobody was around to complain to; also that the bathroom faucet wanted to leak unless clamped shut by the grip of Hercules. Weighing all together, we were more than pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to go back if ever in the area again.

Welcoming and efficient staff. Rooms fairly large and cleaned to a high standard. Gas fireplace in room. Great value, no complaints! Breakfast was excellent and tasty, two hot choices, plus lots of cold options. Parking in small lot beside the inn, which is on a dead end street, plus more parking on street. Located nearby the State Capitol and VETS Auditorium, walkable, and Patrick's Irish Pub is in the other direction.

The hotel is conveniently situated for interstate 95 and the Amtrak station, and about 15-20 minutes walk from central Providence. College Hill and the Italian restaurant area are slightly further away. The welcome at the guest house is very good, and helpful information is provided. We had a lovely room on the ground floor with plenty of space, and were served a good breakfast in the morning.|It is true that the property is very close to the interstate, and you can hear it very clearly in outside areas; however the sound insulation in the room is excellent and we were not disturbed by it in any way. The interstate is at a lower level than the parking area, and behind a high fence, so not visible from our room.

The perfect weekend inn. Short walk from downtown, even a shorter walk to a coffee shop. The room was absolutely wonderful, and clean, had a fireplace(gas fire but still warm and beautiful) and an ac which I liked cause I like to sleep 🥶 . Breakfast in the morning was very well done, I had crepes with strawberries and kielbasa, which was delicious. they have a room in which they have chilled water in which they put fruits in or cucumbers, coffee and hot chocolate,l just some added benefits

Excellent accommodations, friendly staff! Overall very comfortable and clean! We were very impressed with breakfast and the common room with coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. We will definitely be back!
