It's basically a fancy salad bar. You choose a base of warm rice/grains, cauliflower rice, or various cold greens, like kale, romaine lettuce, etc... Then choose your favorite salad toppings (e.g. sweet potato, carrots, olives, broccoli, corn, black beans, edamame, green pepper, spicy roasted red pepper), and protein (tofu, egg, cheese, chicken, or meat), and dressing. The dressing varieties are very good, including tahina, green goddess, and spicy varieties. The bowl comes with a very small piece of whole grain toast.

The salads there were not great. The counter had mixins all over the place and an olive and piece of edamame ended up in my bowl even though I didn't order those things. The buttermilk ranch was tangy and didn't taste right. Also the floors and tables were sticky and covered in food droppings. Biggest thing was the lettuce was wilted and brown. I will not be going back.

We had a salad here for lunch. My salad (left) was the Santa Fe. It is fast and not too unhealthy fastfood. Nice for a quick lunch, a little expensive. I didn’t like that the staff uses the same gloves for taking the salad in your bowl and taking the money and payment afterwards. There should be different people for that or they take off the gloves.

I will never eat in this dirty restaurant AGAIN. The customer service was already bad because the guy was having a bad day, but i over looked it and tried to be very simple and kind to him but as i ate my food i noticed BUGS stuck to my chicken ( lady bugs ) not one but several. Freaking GROSS. I am 6 months pregnant and i am completely mortified. The manager on duty barely wanted to say sorry. He just said hey that happens sometimes because of the spinach. Smh honestly i dont know what to say . Please never eat here and the bad part is if i never looked down at my salad i would have never seen the BUGS in my chicken.

I always enjoy my experience at Chopt. Even though the company has changed their menu and removed my favorite salad dressing (TexMex Ranch), the staff members were able to make recommendations on a suitable substitute. They were very pleasant about it and even allowed me to sample the new dressing they chose. As a busy professional, Chopt is a great (healthy) lunch option to pick and choose what works best for me. I really like this restaurant and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly ten years.

This was an online order experience for a Santa Fe salad. They did not add dressing, avocado, and there where like 4 pieces of chicken. I always order from the Archives location, I regret not ordering from my usual location.

The guy making the salads was so high he made me the same wrong bowl twice in a row. I ordered a harvest bowl and it came out looking identical to my friend’s Chinese chicken bowl. I went up and asked for the correct thing, assuming they didn’t hear me well. The same employee then makes the same (with corn added?) incorrect bowl for me a second time. We were the only customers ordering food so it’s not like they mixed up orders. The manager did step in and personally make me the actual bowl the second time but the high guy is still there making more messed up orders. Wow. What an experience.

Recently ordered at this Chopt location and let me tell you, please ask them how long their ingredients have been out. I ordered a custom craft with Romaine lettuce and almsot 70% of it were wilted, and just not fresh at all. I've read some reviews and not a lot of it is any good.
