The food was pretty good, I enjoyed their fish tacos, and the fried green tomatoes were surprisingly good. I was disappointed with the "drive thru" process that they have(22min wait for our food) going on there. I would advise proper time management if planning on using their drive-thru, but I can tell you that I look forward to trying more of their food.

The food is good and we've eaten here so many times and always tip the workers well. Today the girl with glasses and black hair- no name tag was incredibly rude. Absolutely will not return as long as she is employed. She didn't take our order as the group we were in and served 2 cars while making the rest of us wait to order. There were 4 of us. I asked why she was very snotty and said they " have to do it that way" and slammed the window closed. Finally, the other 2 orders were taken and she made all the rude gestures, deep sighs, and slamming things. Service matters ever if the food is good.

I placed an online order about 15-20 minutes before I arrive as when I called they wouldn’t take my order over the phone. When I showed up, they still hadn’t even started my food. So I asked them to cancel the order. They told me that they couldn’t, and the manager was the only one to do so, after multiple times trying to reach somebody I finally disputed it with my credit card company for one of the charges. I only got a partial credit. I highly recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. These people are a bunch of crooks. They Obviously need the money real bad as the taking peoples money without service. Won’t ever get my business again.

I have been to Chompers several times. Their food is always delicious and they have never gotten my order wrong. However, the line always moves very slowly even when there are only a few vehicles. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like tonight warranted one. We sat in line for about 20 minutes with no movement. Even after people received their food and moved out of the line the person at the order windows had not moved and there was someone standing outside of the vehicle just having a conversation with the person in the vehicle when there was a line of 4 or 5 vehicles behind them. We ended up leaving as the line still hadn’t moved.

Omg, I love, love, love this place! Amazing food, great affordable prices and not to mention that the staff is always polite and helpful. I go here every time I'm in High Springs. The fish is great, the bowls are to die for!! My husband always gets the shrimp po' boys! I'd recommend a 10 out of 10!!!

I've been here twice now and the food is excellent. I definitely prefer the fried fish sandwich and cheese fries. Prices are VERY good considering you get better food than McDonald's for about the same price.

First two times I went there I was impressed. Today not so much. Tried to call my order in on my way home from work and was told that they don't take phone in orders. Strange but O.K. . Went to order online, and a third part takes the orders and says it will be 45 to 50 minutes before it was ready. O.K. . Decided to order at the drive through. 3 cars ahead of me and I sat there for 20 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window and after waiting another few minutes, was told the cook was new and it would be a little while before they would take my order. I asked how long was a little while and she said it won't be long! Does that generation not use minutes to describe little while and won't be long? I just left. I'll give them one more chance. If it happens again, I'm done. It's a shame that a nice business will be run into the ground over a lack of understanding that the customer pays their salary. No customers, no pay.

I'm not going lie, paying 13 dollars for gator nuggets and only receiving 7 pieces was not very appealing. Let alone having half of the order be incorrect. Food at least tasted good for what we got however. But don't think it's "that" good for me to be fine with the above. Not nearly as impressed as the first time I had went.
