I went to try it the CrossFit class. I was super nervous with no experience but they quickly reassured me and helped me get settled in. It was fast paced but my instructor and other people in the group were super helpful. It was a good experience and I plan to attend more in the future.

Best place to go work out/exercise comfortablely, everyone is so nice, no one bothers you or stares, they have cross fit, yoga classes, and offer many more classes..very clean environment, take Temps at door so need to worry about that either. Love this gym and all that it offers.
The choctaw tribe has a great facility where you can do strength training, cardio, yoga, and cross fit. They have personal trainers to help beginners and offer several fitness classes. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean.
