Everything was greasy. Fried chicken wings were brown but not crispy like I ordered. We had fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice, egg roll and chicken fingers. The first couple of times we went there, everything was good but this time was awful. Crab Rangoon tasted different also. We live across town otherwise we would have brought the food back. Threw away the rest. The owner called me and was very apologetic about our experience. She wants to make sure all her customers are happy with their food. I appreciate that and know that our opinions matter. I will see them in the near future . Everyone has a bad day. Thanks for caring.
Good service, mediocre cuisine. The Chicken Wings were awful, the Boneless Ribs were weak, the Egg Rolls and Pork Fried Rice were OK, and the Crab Rangoons were good.
Ordered a take out dinner night for chin’s kitchen - located in ludlow Massachusetts. The food was out of the kitchen very fast, was tasty, fresh, and way better than mandarin in Wilbraham I thought I should add.
Very clean. Food is amazing. Ordered eggs rolls, friend wonton, friend dumplings and chicken & broccoli. No complains. Would def order online from here again. Ordering only was super easy too
Very very fresh delicious food! Chin’s is the real deal! I always get take out and it is packed so that it stays very fresh. The dine-in area is always very clean but just not the atmosphere that I would want to dine in. Very friendly staff as well.
Did take out from here this past week. Typical Chinese takeout feel when you walk in. Wonton soup was piping hot and very good. Tasty broth and large noodles with a few strips of pork mixed in. The combo platter with chicken fingers, pork ribs, fried rice and egg roll was good, but slightly greasy. Chicken fingers had thick coating, which held grease in it, but it still had a nice crisp and the chicken inside was tender and filled a good part of the finger. Pork ribs had an average amount of fat, though some were still slightly dry and also a little greasy. Fried rice was standard, tasted the same as many other places. The egg roll was decent and not very greasy. I would go back again and try some other items.
Chins kitchen was a great place for food. A yr or 2 ago new people bought it and food has been, not so good, ever since. General Tsaos is way to spicey, boneless spare ribs are burnt, dry and way to thin. Crab rangoon is over cooked and very crispy. This is the second time we tried the food since the owners sold it. Hasnt gotten better
I really enjoyed the chicken fingers and the fried rice here. It was quite delicious based on what I ate I give it five stars. And the customer service was very nice as well.
This little restaurant is awesome! The kids love the staff here and no matter how busy they are, they always make time to talk with the kiddos. Brandon and Tabitha make the experience extremely enjoyable for the kids. Every weekend the kids ASK to go
This has been my go-to place to relax and socialize with friends. The bar prices are very fair; the food, when available, is so good; and the atmosphere is that of a friendly neighborhood gathering spot.
Today was my first time coming into Smithland And let me tell you I love it there. The store is well organized , I got help finding a product instantly , They have a great selection of inventory , And you canât beat this a free rewards program !
We were down visiting from Vermont and learned that Lupa Zoo had a Capybara, which our son loves. The zoo was clean, the animals seemed happy and well-fed, and my family had a great time. They had a sound garden and multiple play areas, which was gre
