Stopped here to get some chicken pad thai for pickup. The meal was ok but not great. The portion was good but the noodles were very dry. Not much sauce.

Best Chinese food in the area so far. My review is a dine-in review. I got the general two chicken as it's a good judge on if they are going to fry with enough heat. They certainly do, it was crispy and good. Good flavor in the fried rice. The wanton soup is good. My wife got the Ho Fun and said it was done very well, with the noodles and onion being cooked perfectly.

just when we thought we had a great place for Chinese food we now have crossed this one off. Ordered take out, they left one dish out and said we were the ones who said "take it off the order" This after we asked them to repeat the order back item by item. Over $70 of food and they left off the fortune cookies as well.

James  •  2023-12-21 Ordered dinner yesterday through Doordash. Dinner started with 5 star fried pork dumplings, but it went downhill from there. The sweet and sour chicken was tasteless and the chicken was dry (zero star)... trashed it, but kept the pork fried rice. Sadly the Szechuan Shrimp (zero star) was soggy, and that too was trashed, but I kept the veggies. I have ordered from this restaurant before, in July, and all the food was good including solid flavorful shrimp. Maybe China House changed their cooks. I'll look elsewhere the next time I order Chinese food.

We decided to give this place a try. Order was delivered by Grubhub. Although the food was hot when it arrived, we were not impressed. The pork fried rice was under cooked and was bland. The egg rolls were over cooked and bordered on being burned. The egg roll filling lacked texture and was like mush. Much like the fried rice, the egg rolls were very bland. We were very disappointed. We definitely will not be patronizing this restaurant again.

I had the seafood Ramen and my friend had the dragon Phoenix dish. First of the Ramen's soup was robust and packed a refreshing punch. The shrimp and scallops were delicious but the crab left me wanting somthing more. All in all tho it was a wonderfull experience. The Dragon Phoenix dish( general tso's chicken and shrimp with white sauce) was a feast for both your eyes and your tum tum! The chicken was incredibly crunchy and had proud predominant savory and citrus notes. The shrimp was thick and juicy with delicious creamy savory deliciousness in every bite! The vegetables were fresh and added a refreshing aspect to the dish. All in all it's was a KNOCK-OUT!!!

China House, is an extra step up from the usual wok-spots around the area.! As a Chinese food aficionado (having been in China), I love this place! The food is carefully prepared with spices not too hot -- unless you ask for it! Delicate and Flavorful instead of generically gloppy like so many others! I had Kung-pao chicken while my friend had General Tsao--both were delicious! Service is pleasant with side conversation with the server without being obsequious or ignoring you. Menu is standard but well presented on good service and nice flatware. New interior is comfortable, if a bit chilly in winter. Plenty of space between tables. Busy weekday lunches, and carryout good. Service time can be lengthy ye the quality is worth the wait considering what you get faster elsewhere! China House is now on favorite Wok Spot (except for buffet!).

Calm relaxing atmosphere, fast and friendly service. I am addicted to the steamed dumplings full of flavor and the dipping sauce has just the right amount of sweet vs savory. I was not a fan of the breaded chicken that is used in the main dishes but all in all great experience!!
