$90-125 a night hardly any exceptions. 80$ a night if you pay weekly in advance for multiple bug infestations, cold showers ONLY, poor customer service, backed up pipes spewing feces in the tub, reused linen, broken appliances (no exaggeration)! They MIGHT replace after giving you grief about it. REPLACE IT WITH MORE BROKEN APPLIANCES. they will blame you for any inconveniences you have.and will not drop the price. Area sucks. Hostile activity outside. AND DONT DARE think about changing rooms. They tell you no. No matter how uncomfortable the room is. Hotel accommodations are not a standard here PERIOD.
Your average budget motel. Nothing special, management can be very rude (husband and wife) live on site kinda felt like I was inconveniencing them with my business but I would probably spend another 10-20$ and go to holiday inn or one of those places unless I was up to no good
Hello, not much to tell. The front desk lady was nice. The room was clean & bug free which is great for a no tell motel in Fl. I would stay again. 80.00 for a night was a fair price . The parking lot was quiet too.
Excellent dog house when things are not great at home. Seems to be why the others I encountered were visiting. Very clean rooms good location. Great for workers who are working nearby.
This was the only hotel available I could find last weekend... The rooms have all been remodeled... I was actually surprised how inside the rooms looked... The flooring is nice , new entertainment center, nice decorative plant , the end table lamp was pretty neat... I loved that the TV was up on the wall on a wall mount... This hotel is way better then orange tree inn...
It was a nice place to stay the bed was comfy the tv worked good the shower were okay not much of anything in the bathroom. The bed had blood stain on the bottom sheet part. It was filthy in the corners and the sides by the carpeting. Walls were a bit gross. The closet was dirty. The counter man was rude and he raised the price other than what it was told over the phone
Grandma running the front desk gotta slick mouth! Especially if you tell her there's no hot water and you haven't received your deposit back yet! Good prices, terrible customer service, and nosey rocked out neighbors!
This place is a dump! No door nobs bugs and the couple there isn’t friendly with dark skin people! No human being should stay here and isn’t not veteran friendly! Trip advisor should be ashamed to have this place on there advisory! It looks nothing like the pictures shown at all! Why doesn’t the city shut this place down it doesn’t meet the standard of a $80 room at all! More like $25! Don’t stay there! Deland Florida this place is horrible!
