Chimi's Fresh-Mex - Mexican restaurant in Chesterfield - 60 Four Seasons Shopping Center, USA

So close to home and love their food! Shrimp Tacos have been my easy pick lately but they have a great menu I need to explore further.

Really enjoyed this place. The staff was friendly and they were having fun. The food was flavorful - even the chips and salsa. Great atmosphere as well.

Chimi's holds its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and my recent visit to their Chesterfield location solidified this preference. Their Chile Poblanos, served with a side of beans and rice, is consistently delicious and satisfying. Adding to the pleasant dining experience is their great Margarita and commendable service. With reasonable prices, Chimi's continues to offer a well-rounded and enjoyable Mexican meal.

First time to Chimi’s and it was good. I always try the beef fajitas on my first visit to a Mexican restaurant. It came with beans, rice; guacamole, pico de gallo, green and red bell peppers and onions. Most of the beef was tender and juicy. The meat didn’t have the limey taste or enough spice to elevate the taste to a 5 star level. Our server provided us excellent service. I like the brightness of all the colors in the dining area. I will be back to try other items including their margaritas.

A very beautiful Mexican restaurant with delicious seafood options in their menu! They come in big portions at a great price. We love its interior design…so unique and colorful!

We went to celebrate our son n 25 birthday. The service was excellent with our reader the food was cold and subpar. The drinks were magnificent it made up for the food!

Large portions for a reasonable price. I rated them higher in the past, but it seems to have slipped a little overall.

Good place for a quick bite. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, although my dish just had a bit too much batter on the chiles.
