It was my birthday dinner with family before a 7pm show, we allotted 90 minutes to get a bite to eat. Boy did we mess up. Took our orders quickly but took over an hour to get food, drinks were never refilled. People who came in and sat after us were served before us. Kids food was brought out 20 mins apart from each other long before adults, they gave us less than 20 minutes to eat before our show started. Pathetic! Waitress just said it wasn’t her fault, like yeah, it’s your job to communicate with the back, not mine. Not only was my salmon dry, broccoli crunchy like it was barely cooked, quesadilla came out with everything we asked not to be on plate but managed to not put the one thing we asked for, ranch, but you also made us late to my birthday show, which we told our waitress about. Not even so much as an apology or meal comp. This place is trash anymore. Avoid chain restaurants period!

I've been going here for years and I'm about done. The prices have gone up and quality of service and food has gone down a lot. I understand price increases but don't cut corners everywhere else. Pictures are my sons kids meal and a side of fries. Where's the rest of the food? This has happened multiple times now and It's upsetting for what you pay.

Came in on a Saturday night. They were busy. Weekend plus circus across the street , so I can understand that. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Got drinks. Waited forever for the appetizer. I assume the triple dipper sat in the window for a while because one of the cheese sticks were no longer melty, just solid cheese. A couple of minutes later our entrees were out so kind of ruined the appetizer experience since we didn't want dinner to get cold too. Got halfway through meal, husband's drink sitting empty for most of the meal. Waitress finally stopped at table (after having walked by us and touching everybody's table but ours several times) and asked how everything was. At that point my drink was almost empty as well and my husband had to tell her we needed refills. She refilled them and dropped them off and never came back the remainder of the meal service. Husband ended up getting his own to go boxes from Register station and I paid via the table kiosk and we left. Thank you for the reminder of why we haven't been repeat customers in a long while.

The food here was delicious. The service was great and the drinks were awesome 👏🏻. The guacamole was one of the best we’ve ever had and the chips were thin and crispy. Everything was finger licking good. So why the 3 stars and not more? The… wait for it… bathrooms! The bathrooms were awful. The vents had two tons of dust on them and the paper was everywhere. And they say that no matter how fantastic a restaurant is if the bathrooms are unclean then you should be careful. I’m not sure if that’s true or not but it’s something that has just stuck with me and I always think if Disney can keep their bathrooms clean why can’t any other organization in general. But that’s just me. So if you’re looking for a great meal, at a reasonable price and good service this is definitely worth the stop. But watch out for those bathrooms because all the vents are pretty gross.

Some of the fastest service we've ever had at a sit down restaurant. Our appetizers were out within 2 minutes of ordering our food (we both had the trio). The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices were very reasonable for a sit down place. The restaurant layout is odd and the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. There are lots of TVs displaying various sports all day.

Had about a 10 minute wait and then we were seated. Food was good but the service was stellar. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. Very friendly, diligent, kept checking in on us throughout and was as pleasant as can be. It was a busy night and I kept noticing her running around taking care of the other customers as well. Truly 5 star service at this Chillis!

Was great as always. The parking lot was full. And the place was packed, but they had a table for us in less than 10 min. The food was awesome as always..our server Madison was awesome, funny, smiling and having fun with us. As busy as she was always checked on us and when we refilled our drinks she took the empty glasses with her, didn't leave them on the table like others did in the past.

My husband and I only go there if Courtney Stokes is working. We recommend the frozen mango margaritas with sugar on the rim.
