Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Laramie - 2523 Grand Ave, USA

Overall would only give 1 star. Mainly for the service by Preston. Came in around 6 didn’t leave till close to 8. Was waiting for the check since 7pm. Don’t get me wrong food was amazing. Server couldn’t be bothered to ask us if we wanted another drink or a refill, only saw him when food was dropped off. Would’ve been nice to have a second glass of water with my meal. As soon as a school bus which he made it very clear he knew them. I wasn’t the only table to get ignored. Had to flag down the hostess who was able to help me get boxes and my ticket. Shout out to her for helping.

I was craving steak...so for some reason, I went to Chili's. Mistake! The steak was overcooked, the potatoes tasted sour/rancid and the broccoli was way too salty. I should have returned it, but the server was quite nice and I didn't want to make waves. Would I go back? Never. But, you decide your fate. Good luck.

This is why I have a problem with these places. They were out of mushrooms for the mushroom burger, so I said I'll take just a hamburger. They charged me for a mushroom burger. Plus, what is that medium raw? The service actually would've been 5 star, but she's the one that wrote it up like that. So I had to order the egg rolls to have for dinner with the french fries from the burger because I wasn't going to eat a raw burger

I recently visited Laramie and visited this chilis for dinner. Place is neat and the staff was friendly and nice. We ordered couple of items and both are fresh and tasty. i am adding a video and few photos for reference. If you are around Laramie and want to have a nice dinner visit this place. You will not be disappointed. I will come back again

In house dining is great, but the past two times I’ve tried to DoorDash 2-4 hours before close they accept then cancelled the order right after. I understand if you’re busy, but please at least turn off your option on apps if that’s the case. That said love the food which is why I keep trying to order.

We came here on the 4th of July and were glad to find a restaurant that was open. Daniel was our server and he did a fantastic job.

Just left this job and my hat and I will be honest one of the most unsanitary places I’ve Ive ever decide to work for and step into. Most dishes are still covered in the day befores food and told that’s it’s okay! 🤮 May have a good looking seating area but do not trust the back of house as it need a proper care that it currently doesn’t have. This restaurant fails in this location hope that things can be better and turn around for how popular of a restaurant Chilis seems to be.

The food was alright. Menu options are expensive but food quality and taste is average for a chain restaurant. Service was great. Very attentive and quick.
