Hostess and server were nice. Food was okay - the fried Mozzarella and spicy jalapeño sausage were the best things my husband and I ate. He bought a 1/2 rack of rib combo and said the ribs were overdone and a little too dry. He didn't care for the wings, their house BBQ tastes like Buffalo sauce and he's not a fan. I ordered a medium rare sirloin that came out nothing short of medium well. The steamed broccoli was good.
Great place, absolutely great service, would recommend to anyone in the area. Only problem being I am afraid, is probably internally with this restaurant. Our regular server, who is pregnant has been done wrong by this franchise. She was a great server and great worker and was shafted by this facility.Not really sure if I’ll come back to this one after what was done to her. They need to do right by her, she was one of the main reasons we frequently dined here. Shame on you Chilis on Richmond Rd. Do her right, please!!!!
The service was good. However, the waitress really had too many tables to take care of. Even so she kept our cups filled and service. The food tasted very good. Even though there were nine or us, all of our food arrived hot. There is a very nice assortment of food to choose from as well.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The hostess was super friendly and we remembered her from the Man O’ War restaurant. I wish I could remember our server’s name but she was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly. To us, she was waiting on most of the tables and doing an awesome job. My wife got the chicken fajitas and I had the Oldtimer cheeseburger. Our food was delicious and the chips and salsa were great as well. Looking forward to our next visit.
We went here for a quick bite. When we arrived there wasn't very many people in the restaurant (which was perfectly fine with me😁) so we were seated immediately. We were greeted by Deona, which was our waitress. She was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She was on point with getting the orders out, making sure our drinks was full and making sure that we didn't need anything while waiting for our food to be prepared. When she brought everything out everything was GREAT!! Even though it had gotten busier than when we 1st arrived she still made sure to check on us. She was perfect!! We'll definitely be going back soon and asking for her area to sit in.
My husband and I ate here this past weekend while in town. They told us as we entered that there were only 2 servers. I was expecting a wait, but our order was promptly taken and food came out pretty quick after our order was taken. I got the Philly and my husband got the fajitas with shrimp, steak, and chicken. Both were good ( I will ask for the jalapeños to be left off the Philly next time). We would eat there again, if we have a chance! Clean place and good service.
Food is decent. You get what you pay for. The $25 for 3 is my favorite. Staff are nice and it’s a good place to go to if you want something cheap and good. Also I like how every month they have a new $5 margarita of the month (: My husband and I enjoy dining in here.
We were in town celebrating a birthday. We showed up late, about 20 minutes before closing (10:40 PM). The staff happily greeted, seated and served us with a smile. The regular and mango Pres Margaritas were both good. We had the 3-meat sampler meal and split it. The portion size was enough for us both. The meal was served hot and fresh and timely. The server brought us an ice cream at the last minute at the end of the meal. There was no sense of hurry or any indication that our presence was bothering them at closing.
Shout-Out for being one of the few restaurants open until 11PM.
5 stars all the way around. We would definitely return.
